中医认为“头为诸阳之会”,坚持头部按摩,可使任督脉气血经络通畅,起到清脑提神、健身强体的效果。头部按摩,可以活跃大脑的血液循环,增加大脑的供血量,促进神经系统的兴奋,从而起到健脑作用。浴头疏发以整个头部为按摩对象。首先,松开十指,如梳头状,以十指指肚着力,用中等稍强的力量,从前发根外疏到后发根处,从前到后疏理整个头部。重复做15-20次,用力的大小,以做完后头皮微感发热为好;疏理后,再用十指指肚均匀地揉搓整个头部的发根,从前到后,从左到右,要全部揉搓到。方法就如平时挠头状,但不可用指尖,而要用指肚。反复做3-5次;最后,挤压头皮,用拇指、中指和食指,捏住头皮,轻轻提起,再松开。反复进行,将整个头皮挤压二、三遍。手法要轻,用力要柔,忌用猛力,以免挤伤头皮。

Then, begin lifting the scalp gently using your thumb, middle finger and index finger. Continue this process over the entire scalp using soft, gentle pressing motions.
