\u60a8\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6240\u8c13\u65b9\u4fbf\u98df\u54c1\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e8b\u5148\u52a0\u5de5\u597d\u7684\u98df\u7269\u6210\u54c1\u6216\u8005\u534a\u6210\u54c1\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u4e1c\u897f\u5bb9\u6613\u5b58\u653e\uff0c\u643a\u5e26\u65b9\u4fbf\uff0c\u70f9\u5236\u7b80\u5355\uff0c\u5403\u8d77\u6765\u5feb\u6377\uff0c\u50cf\u9762\u5305\u3001\u9ebb\u82b1\u3001\u6cb9\u6761\u3001\u7f50\u5934\u3001\u85d5\u7c89\u3001\u65b9\u4fbf\u9762\u3001\u901f\u51bb\u6c64\u5706\u6c34\u997a\u3001\u901f\u6eb6\u5976\u7c89\u7b49\uff0c\u7edf\u7edf\u90fd\u662f\u65b9\u4fbf\u98df\u54c1\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5927\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u4e00\u5458\u3002
By fast food, we mean finished or semi-finished food after processing in advance. Fast food is defined by easy storage, portability, simple cooking and quick eating. Bread, fried dough twist, deep-fried dough sticks, can, lotus root starch, instant noodles, quick-freeze rice dumpling and dumpling, and instant milk powder, among others co<\/em>nstitute the big family of fast food.
\u73b0\u5728\u7684\u65b9\u4fbf\u98df\u54c1\u5403\u591a\u4e86\uff0c\u5bf9\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0d\u5229\uff0c\u4e0b\u9762\u63a8\u8350\u51e0\u79cd\u53e4\u4ee3\u7684\u65b9\u4fbf\u98df\u54c1\u3002
But easting more fast food is unhealthy. Here, we’d like to introduce some ancient fast foods.
\u6e05\u671d\u6709\u4e00\u79cd\u65b9\u4fbf\u98df\u54c1\u53eb“\u8010\u9965\u4e38”\uff0c\u505a\u6cd5\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a\u6574\u534a\u9505\u7cef\u7c73\uff0c\u7092\u5230\u53d1\u9ec4\uff0c\u5012\u77f3\u81fc\u91cc\u667e\u7740\u3002\u518d\u6574\u534a\u9505\u7ea2\u67a3\uff0c\u84b8\u719f\u540e\uff0c\u53bb\u76ae\u53bb\u6838\uff0c\u4e5f\u5012\u5230\u77f3\u81fc\u91cc\u667e\u7740\u3002\u7136\u540e\u7528\u5927\u6775\u4f7f\u52b2\u6363\uff0c\u628a\u77f3\u81fc\u91cc\u7684\u7cef\u7c73\u548c\u7ea2\u67a3\u6363\u70c2\u6363\u5300\uff0c\u6363\u6210\u7cca\u72b6\uff0c\u518d\u6316\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u56e2\u6210\u9e21\u86cb\u5927\u7684\u4e38\u5b50\uff0c\u94fa\u5728\u82c7\u53f6\u4e0a\u6652\u5e72\u3002
One fast food of the Qing Dynasty is called “Naijiwan” (ball ensuring hunger). Cooking steps are as follows: prepare a half pot of sticky rice, fry to yellowing and air it in stone mortar; prepare a half pot of red dates, remove the peel and pit after steaming and then air in stone mortar; smash rice and red dates with pestle to even paste, make paste to balls similar the size of egg and dry on the reed leaf in the sun.
\u6e05\u671d\u4eba\u674e\u5316\u6960\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u8010\u9965\u4e38\u6700\u80fd\u8010\u9965\uff0c\u5403\u4e00\u4e38\uff0c\u4fdd\u534a\u5929\u4e0d\u997f\u3002\u4ed6\u5728\u6d59\u6c5f\u4f59\u59da\u5f53\u53bf\u4ee4\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u66fe\u7ecf\u53f7\u53ec\u5e7f\u5927\u7fa4\u4f17\u8d81\u4e30\u5e74\u591a\u5236\u4e9b\u8010\u9965\u4e38\u50a8\u5907\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u9047\u4e0a\u707e\u5e74\u65e0\u7cae\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d6\u51fa\u6551\u8352\u3002
Li Huanan of the Qing Dynasty said that Naijiwan can endure hunger. Eating one can stave off hunger for half a day. When he served as the county magistrate in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, he called the general public to produce more Naijiwans in good times to prepare for the worst.
\u660e\u671d\u6709\u4e00\u79cd\u65b9\u4fbf\u98df\u54c1\u53eb“\u5b88\u5c71\u7cae”\uff0c\u52a0\u5de5\u8d77\u6765\u4e5f\u633a\u5bb9\u6613\uff1a\u5927\u841d\u535c\u6d17\u51c0\uff0c\u5241\u6389\u6839\u987b\uff0c\u522e\u53bb\u9752\u76ae\uff0c\u6446\u9505\u91cc\u84b8\u719f\uff0c\u51b7\u5374\u540e\uff0c\u5012\u76c6\u91cc\uff0c\u6363\u6210\u6ce5\uff0c\u6316\u8fdb\u6a21\u5b50\uff0c\u8131\u6210\u7816\u576f\uff0c\u645e\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u98ce\u5e72\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u7528\u6765\u7b51\u5899\u3002
A fast food in the Ming Dynasty is named “Shoushanliang” (food used in safeguarding). It’s easy to cook: clean radish, cut off the root hair, raze the green surface, stream radish in pot; after cooling down, pour radish into a pot and smash into paste; put paste in model to make adobe; pile up adobes and air dry them; then co<\/em>nstruct wall with adobes.
\u6e05\u4ee3\u540d\u533b\u738b\u58eb\u96c4\u8bf4\uff0c\u8be5\u98df\u54c1\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7528\u6765\u9632\u5175\u9632\u532a——\u54ea\u5929\u6218\u706b\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u5168\u57ce\u6212\u4e25\uff0c\u8001\u767e\u59d3\u4e0d\u80fd\u51fa\u53bb\u91c7\u8d2d\uff0c\u7b49\u5230\u9762\u7f38\u89c1\u5e95\u3001\u7c73\u56e4\u7a7a\u4ed3\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u5899\u4e0a\u51ff\u4e0b\u4e00\u5757\u7816\u6765\uff0c\u6254\u9505\u91cc\u71ac\u7ca5\u559d\u3002\u6b64\u7269\u8d35\u80fd\u9632\u5b88\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53eb“\u5b88\u5c71\u7cae”\u3002
Wang Shixiong, a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty, said that this food was mainly used to defend soldiers and bandits – in case of flames of war when the entire city was imposed with a curfew, the common people couldn’t go for shopping. When they had no food in flour and rice container, they may pick up one brick from the wall and use it to cook gruel. As it can be used in defense, it’s dubbed as “Shoushanliang”.
