“\u4e94\u67f3\u9c7c”\u662f\u6d59\u6c5f\u676d\u5dde\u897f\u6e56\u7684\u4e00\u9053\u540d\u83dc\uff0c\u5176\u5473\u9053\u9c9c\u7f8e\uff0c\u55b7\u9999\u8bf1\u4eba\uff0c\u6df1\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u6240\u559c\u98df\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u4eab\u7528\u65f6\uff0c\u53c8\u5e38\u628a“\u4e94\u67f3\u9c7c”\u53eb\u505a“\u4e1c\u5761\u9c7c”\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5462\uff1f
“Wu Liu Fish”(Fish with five shredded ingredients) is a specialty of the West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Its delicious flavor and fragrant aroma have attracted many people to have a taste. Why do people often call the fish with five shredded ingredients ‘Do<\/em>ngpo Fish’?
\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b8b\u671d\u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u7f8e\u98df\u5bb6\u3002\u76f8\u4f20\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ba9\u53a8\u5e08\u505a\u9053\u9c7c\u6765\u5c1d\u5c1d\u9c9c\u3002\u53a8\u5e08\u9001\u6765\u540e\uff0c\u53ea\u89c1\u8fd9\u83dc\u70ed\u817e\u817e\u3001\u9999\u55b7\u55b7\uff0c\u9c7c\u8eab\u4e0a\u5200\u75d5\u5982\u67f3\u3002\u4e1c\u5761\u98df\u6b32\u5927\u5f00\uff0c\u6b63\u6b32\u4e3e\u7b77\u5b50\u54c1\u5c1d\u5ffd\u89c1\u7a97\u5916\u95ea\u8fc7\u4e00\u4eba\u5f71\uff0c\u539f\u6765\u662f\u597d\u53cb\u4f5b\u5370\u548c\u5c1a\u6765\u4e86\u3002\u4e1c\u5761\u5fc3\u60f3\uff1a“\u597d\u4e2a\u8d76\u996d\u7684\u548c\u5c1a\uff0c\u6211\u504f\u4e0d\u8ba9\u4f60\u5403\uff0c\u770b\u600e\u4e48\u529e\uff1f”\u4e8e\u662f\u987a\u624b\u5c06\u8fd9\u76d8\u9c7c\u6401\u5230\u4e66\u67b6\u4e0a\u53bb\u4e86\u3002
Su Do<\/em>ngpo was a gourmet who lived during the Song Dynasty. According to legend, o<\/em>nce he let the chef do a course of fish. A few minutes later, he saw a piece of hot, fragrant fish with willow leaf shreds on the table. Suddenly, he was very hungry. When he was ready to raise his chopsticks to try the delicious food, he saw his friend, a monk named Fo Yin, passing by his window. Su thought: “I don’t want to share my food with him. What can I do?” Therefore, he sneakily put the plate of fish on the shelves.
\u4f5b\u5370\u548c\u5c1a\u5176\u5b9e\u65e9\u5df2\u770b\u89c1\uff0c\u5fc3\u60f3\uff1a“\u4f60\u85cf\u5f97\u518d\u597d\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u8981\u53eb\u4f60\u62ff\u51fa\u6765\u3002”\u4e1c\u5761\u7b11\u563b\u563b\u5730\u62db\u547c\u4f5b\u5370\u5750\u4e0b\uff0c\u95ee\u9053\uff1a“\u5927\u548c\u5c1a\u4e0d\u5728\u5bfa\u9662\uff0c\u5230\u6b64\u6709\u4f55\u89c1\u6559\uff1f”\u4f5b\u5370\u7b54\u9053\uff1a“\u5c0f\u5f1f\u4eca\u65e5\u7279\u6765\u8bf7\u6559\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b57\uff1f”“\u4f55\u5b57\uff1f”“\u59d3\u82cf\u7684‘\u82cf’\u600e\u4e48\u5199\uff1f”\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u77e5\u9053\u4f5b\u5370\u5b66\u95ee\u597d\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u9762\u4e00\u5b9a\u6709\u540d\u5802\uff0c\u505a\u51fa\u8ba4\u771f\u7684\u6837\u5b50\u56de\u7b54\uff1a“‘\u82cf’\u5b57\u4e0a\u9762\u662f\u4e2a\u8349\u5b57\u5934\uff0c\u4e0b\u8fb9\u5de6\u662f‘\u9c7c’\uff0c\u53f3\u662f‘\u79be’\u5b57\u3002”\u4f5b\u5370\u53c8\u95ee\uff1a“\u8349\u5934\u4e0b\u9762\u5de6\u8fb9\u662f‘\u79be’\u53f3\u8fb9\u662f‘\u9c7c’\u5462\uff1f”“\u90a3\u8fd8\u5ff5‘\u82cf’\u554a\u3002”“\u90a3\u4e48\u9c7c\u6401\u5728\u8349\u5934\u4e0a\u8fb9\u5462\uff1f”\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u6025\u5fd9\u8bf4\uff1a“\u90a3\u53ef\u4e0d\u884c\u3002”\u4f5b\u5370\u54c8\u54c8\u5927\u7b11\u8bf4\uff1a“\u90a3\u5c31\u628a\u9c7c\u62ff\u4e0b\u6765\u5427\u3002”\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u8fd9\u624d\u604d\u7136\u5927\u609f\uff0c\u4f5b\u5370\u8bf4\u6765\u8bf4\u53bb\u8fd8\u8981\u5403\u4ed6\u7684\u90a3\u76d8\u4e94\u67f3\u9c7c\u3002
In fact, Fo Yin had seen the course of fish. He said to himself: “wherver you hide the fish, I will make you share with me.” Su Do<\/em>ngpo smiled, greeted Fo Yin, and asked: “You are a monk, but you aren’t in the temple. Is there something you want to see me a<\/em>bout?” Fo Yin replied: “Today I have come to ask you a<\/em>bout a word.” “What word?” Su continued. “Do you know how to write the surname SU?” Fo Yin asked. Su knew that Fo Yin was knowledgeable and that this must be some trick question. Then, he answered seriously: “there is a CAO-character-head above, a YU-character on the left and a HE-character on the right.” Fo Yin continued: “How a<\/em>bout if you exchange the positions of the YU-character and the HE-character?” Su replied: “The same surname SU.” “And how a<\/em>bout if you put the YU-character above the CAO-character?” Fo Yin pumped out another question. Su said hastily: “That will not be a character.” Fo Yin laughed and said: “So it is time to bring the fish down”. Su suddenly realized that Fo Yin was determined to eat his fish.
\u540e\u6765\u6709\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u4f5b\u5370\u542c\u8bf4\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u8981\u6765\uff0c\u5c31\u7167\u6837\u84b8\u4e86\u4e00\u76d8\u4e94\u67f3\u9c7c\uff0c\u5fc3\u60f3\u4e0a\u6b21\u4f60\u5f00\u6211\u73a9\u7b11\uff0c\u4eca\u65e5\u6211\u4e5f\u96be\u96be\u4f60\u3002\u4e8e\u662f\u5c31\u987a\u624b\u5c06\u9c7c\u653e\u5728\u65c1\u8fb9\u7684\u7f44\u91cc\u3002
Later, Fo Yin heard that Su would come to visit him. He steamed a course of fish with five shredded ingredients. Remembering the joking around in Su’s house, he planned to play a joke on Su and hid the dish away nearby in a cartridge.
\u4e0d\u6599\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u65e9\u5df2\u770b\u89c1\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u88c5\u7740\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u3002\u8bf4\u9053\uff1a“\u6709\u4ef6\u4e8b\u8bf7\u6559\uff1a\u6211\u60f3\u5199\u526f\u5bf9\u8054\uff0c\u8c01\u77e5\u5199\u597d\u4e86\u4e0a\u8054\uff0c\u4e0b\u8054\u4e00\u65f6\u60f3\u4e0d\u51fa\u597d\u53e5\u5b50\u3002”\u4f5b\u5370\u95ee\uff1a“\u4e0d\u77e5\u4e0a\u8054\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f”\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u56de\u7b54\u8bf4\uff1a“\u4e0a\u8054\u662f‘\u5411\u9633\u95e8\u7b2c\u6625\u5e38\u5728’\u3002”\u4f5b\u5370\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u846b\u82a6\u91cc\u5356\u7684\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\u836f\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0d\u5047\u601d\u7d22\u5730\u8bf4\uff1a“\u4e0b\u8054\u4e43‘\u79ef\u5584\u4eba\u5bb6\u5e86\u6709\u4f59’\u3002”\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u542c\u5b8c\uff0c\u4f6f\u88c5\u60ca\u53f9\u9053\uff1a“\u9ad8\u624d\uff0c\u9ad8\u624d\uff01”\u539f\u6765\u4f60\u7684\u7f44\uff08\u5e86\uff09\u91cc\u6709\u9c7c\uff08\u4f59\uff09\u5440\uff01\u5feb\u62ff\u51fa\u6765\u4e00\u540c\u5206\u4eab\u5427\u3002\u4f5b\u5370\u8fd9\u624d\u604d\u7136\u5927\u609f\uff0c\u77e5\u9053\u4e0a\u4e86\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u7684“\u5f53”\u3002\u4f46\u4ed6\u8fd8\u60f3“\u620f\u5f04”\u4e00\u4e0b\uff0c\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u4e00\u770b\uff0c\u4e00\u6761\u6e05\u84b8\u7684\u897f\u6e56\u9c9c\u9c7c\uff0c\u8eab\u4e0a\u5212\u4e865\u5200\u3002\u4e8e\u662f\uff0c\u4ed6\u4fbf\u7b11\u54aa\u54aa\u5730\u8bf4\uff1a“\u4e94\u67f3\u9c7c\u5457\u3002”\u4f5b\u5370\u7b11\u7b11\u56de\u7b54\u8bf4\uff1a“\u8fd9\u6761‘\u4e94\u67f3\u9c7c’\u7b97\u7ed9\u4f60‘\u9493’\u5230\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0d\u5982\u53eb‘\u4e1c\u5761\u9c7c’\u7b97\u4e86\u3002”
Unexpectedly, Su had seen the food and pretended not to know. He said: “I have a question to ask. I want to write a couplet. I have the first line, but I don’t know how to match it with the second line.” Fo Yin asked: “What is the first line?” Su replied: “Xiangyang Mendi Chun Chang zai (The spring is always kept in the sun-facing area)”. Fo Yin didn’t realize that it was a trick and said almost without hesitation: “JiShan Renjia Qing You Yu (Charitable people celebrate they have more than enough to enjoy).” Su listened to his second line and pretended to exclaim: “Excellent, excellent! There is a course of fish (YU) in your cartridge (QING), why not take it out to share with me? ” Fo Yin came to understand that he was tricked by Su. But he still wanted to tease Su. He took the food out and Su found that it was a freshly steamed West Lake fish with the five shredded ingredients on the body. Su smiled and said: “The fish with five shredded ingredients.” Fo Yin laughed: “This fish rises to your bait today. How a<\/em>bout calling it ‘Do<\/em>ngpo fish’?”
\u4ece\u6b64\u4ee5\u540e\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u628a“\u4e94\u67f3\u9c7c”\u53c8\u53eb“\u4e1c\u5761\u9c7c”\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd9\u9053\u897f\u6e56\u540d\u83dc\u540d\u6c14\u4e5f\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u6d41\u4f20\u5230\u4eca\u5929\u3002
Since then, the fish with five shredded ingredients is also called ‘Do<\/em>ngpo Fish’. This West Lake specialty has become more and more popular and is eaten even today.
