It can express &quot;no matter how long or under what circumstances, facts are facts.&quot; It can also express &quot;no matter what.&quot; It is often paired with other words to form set phrases such as \u603b\u4f1a, \u603b\u5f52, \u603b\u5f97, \u603b\u8981, \u603b\u80fd, etc. It can also be structured together with other unconditional compound phrases like \u65e0\u8bba and \u4e0d\u7ba1. You cannot place it directly after the verb.<\/p>\n<p>  \t<strong>\u603b with another character<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  \tIn this structure, \u603b, with its companion character (usually a modal\/auxiliary verb), means &quot;always will (fill in character\/action here)&quot; Once again, it gives the feeling of something very concrete and factual.
