It is because of the exquisite process of making tea that people call it Kung Fu Tea, the operation requires a certain techniques, knowledge of brewing and tasting skills.

Kung Fu Tea originated in Guangdong in the Song Dynasty and later became popular around the nation. The operation of Kung Fu Tea requires a certain effort, which includes the knowledge of brewing and the tasting skills. Oolong tea such as Tie Guan Yin(铁观音 pin yin: tie3 guan1 yin1)，Shui Xian(水仙 pin yin: shui3 xian1) and Feng Huang Tea (凤凰茶 pin yin: feng4 huang2 cha2) is the main tea used in the Kung Fu Tea making. Oolong ea is semi-fermented tea just between red tea and green tea, it is Oolong tea that can meet the requirement of color, flavor and taste of the Kung Fu Tea.

 Main Tea Sets
◆Teapot
Teapot is the most important tool in the tea making process, generally masters usually use the drum-like teapot when making the Kung Fu Tea. There are many colors of teapots, cinnabar, maroon, purple, yellow…however, regardless of the style and color of the teapot, the most important thing is the pot should be neither too big nor too deep. With the big teapot the flavor or the taste of the tea will change a bit.

 ◆Tea Cup
There are four knacks when choosing the tea cups: small, shallow, thin and white. With the small, shallow cup you can sip all the tea, and the white color can set off the tea. Thin as the quality of paper can make the tea more fragrant.

 ◆Tea Tray
The tea tray is used for holding the cups, there are also a variety of styles, moon-shaped, checkerboard-shaped and so on, but no matter what kind of the style, the most vital knacks when choosing the tea tray are: wide, flat, shallow and white. We choose the wide tray for the reason it can hold more cups when more visitors come. The bottom of the tray should be flat so that it can make the teacup stable.

 ◆Tea Mat
The tea mat is smaller than the tea tray, it is used to place other tea sets.

 ◆Water Bottle
It is used for storing the water.

<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:block;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-1889418300638825"
data-ad-slot="7273022922"
data-ad-layout-key="-gw-3+1f-3d+2z"
data-ad-format="fluid"></ins>

Kung Fu Tea is not one kind of tea leaves or the name of tea, but a skill of making tea.
