It was intended that by its completion, water would be filled into a well surrounding the hall, so that people inside the pavilion could view swimming fish through the transparent glass.<\/div>\n<div>\u5ef6\u79a7\u5bab\uff0c\u4fd7\u79f0&ldquo;\u6c34\u6676\u5bab&rdquo;\uff0c\u5728\u767d\u8272\u5927\u7406\u77f3\u4e0a\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u6709\u751f\u94c1\u548c\u539a\u73bb\u7483\u73bb\u7483\u9576\u5d4c\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0a\u9762\u3002\u672c\u6765\u9884\u8ba1\u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u4e4b\u65f6\uff0c\u5ef6\u79a7\u5bab\u56db\u5468\u4f1a\u6709\u6c34\u9053\u73af\u7ed5\uff0c\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u4eba\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u900f\u8fc7\u900f\u660e\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u770b\u5230\u9c7c\u5728\u5ba4\u5916\u6e38\u52a8\u3002<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div>However, construction was suspended in 1911 due to a tight budget, according to the official website of the Palace Museum.
