o<\/em>nly 6% of Chinese employees said they are "engaged" in their jobs, according to a global Gallup survey released this month.
\u672c\u6708\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u76d6\u6d1b\u666e\u4e16\u754c\u6c11\u610f\u6d4b\u9a8c\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4ec5\u67096%\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u804c\u573a\u4eba\u58eb\u8868\u793a\u5bf9\u5de5\u4f5c“\u5f88\u6295\u5165”\u3002<\/p>\n

Workers across all income levels and industries were surveyed by Gallup in China, defined by Gallup to mean they were "psychologically committed to their jobs and likely to be making positive co<\/em>ntributions to their organisations".
\u76d6\u6d1b\u666e\u4e16\u754c\u6c11\u610f\u6d4b\u9a8c\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u5404\u6536\u5165\u9636\u5c42\uff0c\u5404\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u804c\u573a\u4eba\u58eb\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u7edf\u8ba1\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u5426“\u4ece\u5fc3\u7406\u4e0a\u63a5\u7eb3\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u80fd\u591f\u5bf9\u4f9b\u804c\u7684\u673a\u6784\u505a\u51fa\u79ef\u6781\u8d21\u732e\u3002”<\/p>\n

Out of 94 countries polled, o<\/em>nly six countries scored lower rates of job engagement than China, including Tunisia, Israel and Syria. Unsurprisingly, 0% of Syrians admitted to being engaged at work.

In a related survey, China ranked near the bottom in a poll measuring job satisfaction among 22 Asian countries. o<\/em>nly 49% of Chinese respo<\/em>ndents said they were happy in their jobs.

Part of the problem is that very few in China have the luxury of pursuing a career that truly interests them.

That makes those who are happy at work in China a rare find indeed.
