People will be allowed to migrate freely while enjoying equal  public service and social benefits. A management system for residents&#8217;  information, including residences, status of marriage and family  members, employment, taxation, credit and social insurance, will be set  up in 2012. People will be identified by their ID numbers and registered  according to their legal residence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\"><strong>China to take part in ICP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">China will participate in the International Comparison Program for the first time, in 2011, <em>Beijing Times<\/em>  reports. ICP is an international statistics cooperation program. Its  main purpose is to calculate the purchasing power parity (PPP) of each  currency and use PPP as the conversion coefficient to make various  countries&#8217; GDP on the same currency unit. Therefore, the real economic  scale and structures of each country can be compared. From January 2011,  around 180 countries and regions will start the ICP investigation.
