His courtesy name is Gongjin. He was a prominent general of Eastern Wu in the late Eastern Han Period and was known as &ldquo;Zhou, the Handsome Youth&rdquo; for his good-looking appearance. He was skilled in the art of war as well as in rhyme, according to an old saying around the land south of the Yangtze River, &ldquo;If there is a rhyming error, Zhou will remind the player.&rdquo; In 208, under the command of Zhou Yu, the troops of Sun Quan and Liu Bei defeated the troops of Cao Cao by a strategy of using fire, which laid the foundation of &ldquo;splitting China into three pieces&rdquo;.
