YJ: First you may call for the waiter or waitress. In Chinese it’s\u670d\u52a1\u5458(fu2wu4 yuan2), waiter, or waitress. \u670d\u52a1\u5458(fu2wu4 yuan2) does not mention the gender.
Cam: \u670d\u52a1\u5458(fu2wu4 yuan2).
YJ: \u670d\u52a1(fu2wu4) means service. \u670d, f-u, the second tone; \u52a1, w-u, the fourth tone. Together it’s\u670d\u52a1(fu2wu4).

YJ: \u5458 (yuan2), y-u-a-n, the second tone. It suggests a person engaged in certain field of activity.
