Cam: So \u8bf7\u4f60\u5403\u996d (qing ni chi fan)means ‘to treat you to dinner’. \u8bf7, we’ve learned one of its meanings as ‘please’. Here it means ‘to invite’.
Yajie: \u6211\u8bf7\u4f60\u5403\u996d is a declarative sentence ,but when we put a phrase like \u597d\u5417 after\u6211\u8bf7\u4f60\u5403\u996d,  it turns to a question. \u6211\u8bf7\u4f60\u5403\u996d, \u597d\u5417? Let me treat you to dinner, OK?
Cam: \u597d\u5417 (hao ma) means ‘is it OK’ or ‘how is it?’ It can be replaced by quite a few phrases.
