Cut the sausages into thin slices. Wash and chop the vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>  \t2. Put the oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add the sauage and vegetables, and stir-fry well. Add 1200 g (2 2\/5 cups) of water. When it boils, add the salt, MSG, and then the rice. When it boils again, turn the heat to low and cook for about 30 minutes.
