1) adjectival verbs, stative verbs, and modal verbs;

\u59b9\u59b9\u4e0d\u9ad8\u3002
Younger sister is not tall.<\/span><\/p>\n

W\u01d2 bù x\u01d0huan t\u0101.

I don’t like him.<\/span><\/p>\n

w\u01d2 méi\/ méiy\u01d2u qián.
\u6211\u6ca1\/ \u6ca1\u6709\u94b1\u3002
I don’t have any money.<\/p>\n

1) the action is not complete
