It is the king of the rock teas from Wuyi Mountain and enjoys the accolade of being the &ldquo;King of Rock Tea&rdquo;. The tea is regarded as a natio<em><\/em>nal treasure.<br \/>  \u5927\u7ea2\u888d\u6bcd\u6811\u4e8e\u660e\u672b\u6e05\u521d\u53d1\u73b0\u5e76\u91c7\u5236\uff0c\u8ddd\u4eca\u5df2\u6709350\u5e74\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u3002\u6570\u767e\u5e74\u6765\u76db\u540d\u4e0d\u8870\uff0c\u5176\u4f20\u8bf4\u9887\u591a\uff0c\u5e7f\u4e3a\u6d41\u4f20\u3002\u6b66\u5937\u5c71\u4f4d\u4e8e\u798f\u5efa\u7701\u6b66\u5937\u5c71\u5e02\u4e1c\u5357\u90e8\uff0c\u5927\u7ea2\u888d\u6bcd\u6811\u751f\u957f\u5728\u6b66\u5937\u5c71\u5929\u5fc3\u4e5d\u9f99\u7aa0\u7684\u60ac\u5d16\u5ced\u58c1\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e24\u65c1\u5ca9\u58c1\u77d7\u7acb\uff0c\u65e5\u7167\u77ed\uff0c\u6e29\u5ea6\u9002\u5b9c\uff0c\u7ec8\u5e74\u6709\u6d93\u6d93\u7ec6\u6cc9\u6ecb\u6da6\u8336\u6811\uff0c\u7531\u67af\u53f6\u3001\u82d4\u85d3\u7b49\u690d\u7269\u8150\u70c2\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u6709\u673a\u7269\uff0c\u80a5\u6c83\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4e3a\u8336\u6811\u8865\u5145\u517b\u5206\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5927\u7ea2\u888d\u5929\u8d4b\u4e0d\u51e1\uff0c\u5f97\u5929\u72ec\u539a\uff0c\u54c1\u8d28\u8d85\u7fa4\u3002<br \/>  The clovershrub tree was discovered during the Qing Dynasty and the clovershrub, the time at which it was harvested and its tea manufactured. This variety of tea has a history of 350 years. Its great reputation has endured several hundred years and there are many legends shrouding the clovershrub which have been circulated far and wide. Wuyi Mountain lies in the southeast of Wuyi Mountain City in Fujian Province. The trees of clovershrub grow on the cliffs of Jiulo<em><\/em>ngchao in Tianxin Village, Wuyi Mountain wher palisades stand erect on both sides and the duration of sunshine is short and temperatures are favourable. All year round there are trickles of gorge water cultivate the tea trees and organic mass generated by the decomposing plants, dead leaves and moss etc. The fecund soil provides tea trees with nutrients and allows the clovershrub its outstanding natively granted traits and qualities, richly endowed by nature.<br \/>  \u53e4\u65f6\u91c7\u6458\u5927\u7ea2\u888d\uff0c\u9700\u711a\u9999\u793c\u62dc\uff0c\u8bbe\u575b\u8bf5\u7ecf\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u7279\u5236\u5668\u5177\uff0c\u7531\u540d\u8336\u5e08\u5236\u4f5c\u3002\u89e3\u653e\u521d\u671f\uff0c\u5927\u7ea2\u888d\u5728\u91c7\u5236\u671f\u95f4\u6709\u9a7b\u519b\u770b\u5b88\uff0c\u5236\u4f5c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u6bcf\u9053\u5de5\u5e8f\u90fd\u6709\u4e13\u4eba\u8d1f\u8d23\u5e76\u79f0\u91cd\u540e\u7b7e\u5b57\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u52a0\u5c01\u540e\u7531\u4e13\u4eba\u9001\u5448\u5f53\u5730\u5e02\u4eba\u6c11\u653f\u5e9c\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u5927\u7ea2\u888d\u6bcd\u6811\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u91c7\u5236\u5df2\u7531\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u6307\u5b9a\u4ea4\u5e02\u5ca9\u8336\u603b\u516c\u53f8\u8336\u53f6\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u5236\u4f5c\u3002<br \/>  In ancient times, when picking the clovershrub, people were required to burn incense and pray in addition to setting up an altar and chanting sutras. Specialist tea picking tools were fashio<em><\/em>ned by famous tea masters. In the early years after the liberation, the picking and manufacture of clovershrub were the preserve of garrisons and each procedure of production was overseen by specially-assigned persons who were required to sign their names after the tea was weighed. At last, the tea was sealed and submitted to local municipal People&rsquo;s Government by authorized persons. Nowadays, the management and picking of clovershrub trees and manufacture of clovershrub are co<em><\/em>nducted by the Municipal Rock Tea Co<em><\/em>ntrolling Company assigned by the municipal government.<br \/>  \u6b66\u5937\u5c71\u7684\u7ea2\u888d\u5916\u5f62\u6761\u7d22\u7d27\u7ed3\uff0c\u8272\u6cfd\u7eff\u8910\u9c9c\u6da6\uff0c\u51b2\u6ce1\u540e\u6c64\u8272\u6a59\u9ec4\u660e\u4eae\uff0c\u53f6\u7247\u7ea2\u7eff\u76f8\u95f4\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u660e\u663e\u7684&ldquo;\u7eff\u53f6\u7ea2\u9576\u8fb9&rdquo;\u4e4b\u7f8e\u611f\u3002\u5927\u7ea2\u888d\u54c1\u8d28\u6700\u7a81\u51fa\u4e4b\u5904\u662f\u5b83\u7684\u9999\u6c14\u99a5\u90c1\uff0c\u9999\u9ad8\u800c\u6301\u4e45\uff0c\u6ecb\u5473\u9187\u539a\uff0c\u996e\u540e\u9f7f\u988a\u7559\u9999\uff0c&ldquo;\u5ca9\u97f5&rdquo;\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u5b83\u540d\u4e1b\u5bf9\u7167\uff0c\u51b2\u81f3\u4e5d\u6ce1\u5c1a\u4e0d\u8131\u539f\u8336\u771f\u5473&mdash;&mdash;\u6842\u82b1\u9999\u3002<br \/>  Wuyi Mountain clovershrub is long and compact and its color is green, brown, fresh and polished. After the tea is mixed with hot water, the tea water becomes orange and bright and the leaves are red and green bearing the distinct beauty of &ldquo;green leaves with red edges&rdquo;.
