Being an exquisite Oolong tea and one of the top ten famous Chinese teas, the tea has won many awards in domestic and internatio<em><\/em>nal fairs.<br \/>  \u5b89\u6eaa\u94c1\u89c2\u97f3\u8336\u5386\u53f2\u60a0\u4e45\uff0c\u7d20\u6709\u8336\u738b\u4e4b\u79f0\u3002\u636e\u8f7d\uff0c\u5b89\u6eaa\u94c1\u89c2\u97f3\u8336\u8d77\u6e90\u4e8e\u6e05\u96cd\u6b63\u5e74\u95ee\uff081725-1735\u5e74\uff09\u3002\u5b89\u6eaa\u53bf\u5883\u5185\u591a\u5c71\uff0c\u6c14\u5019\u6e29\u6696\uff0c\u96e8\u91cf\u5145\u8db3\uff0c\u8336\u6811\u751f\u957f\u8302\u76db\uff0c\u8336\u6811\u54c1\u79cd\u7e41\u591a\uff0c\u59f9\u7d2b\u5ae3\u7ea2\uff0c\u51a0\u7edd\u5168\u56fd\u3002<br \/>  Long known as the King of Tea, the tea is said to have been discovered in Yo<em><\/em>ngzheng Period of the Qing Dynasty (1725-1735). Picking is usually done between 10 am to 3 pm on sunny days with a north wind is co<em><\/em>nsidered to be the best picking period. The processing is basically the same as other Oolong teas, except for a lo<em><\/em>nger tossing time and a shorter cooling time. Nine steps are included in processing, namely, sun withering, tossing, cooling, water removing, first rolling, cutting and rolling, packed rolling, second baking, and drying. Sun withering usually takes place before sunset, tossing and cooling often at night, fermentation the next morning and then comes frying, rolling, baking and roasting. The process of making green is the key to ensuring the color, aroma and taste of the tea. The primary tea needs to go through screening, selection by winnowing, sorting, drying and piling to become the final product. The tea leaves have a glossy appearance, with a granulated green color, red spots and white frost. Its strong sweet and mellow taste lingers even after brewing the tea seven times.
