Whenever guests visit, the host will light a fire and take out the tea leaves they picked and processed from a bamboo basket. First, the host will put a small clay pot above the fire to roast it, and put the tea leaves into the pot. Second, they will shake it slightly while roasting it until the tea leaves turn yellow and smells slightly burnt. Third, the host will put the roasted leaves into a cup and pour in boiling water. Thus the tea is made. The first cup of the tea must be offered by the host to the oldest of all people seating cross-legged, whether you are a distant friend or an occasio<em><\/em>nal visitor. After that, the guests will be offered tea. The tea cup is made of earth and is covered with tea stains, which, though impossible to clean gives a touch of an antique flavor.<br \/>  \u987b\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8336\u53f6\u5982\u70e4\u4e0d\u5230\u706b\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u900f\u4e0d\u51fa\u7279\u6709\u7684\u7126\u9999\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u70d8\u70e4\u65f6\u95f4\u8fc7\u957f\uff0c\u5219\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8336\u53f6\u7126\u7cca\u800c\u5931\u53bb\u8336\u5473\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u8981\u6c42\u8336\u70e4\u81f3\u6070\u5230\u597d\u5904\uff0c\u6545\u987b\u7ecf\u4e0a\u767e\u6b21\u7684\u6296\u52a8\u800c\u4f7f\u8336\u53f6\u53d7\u70ed\u5747\u5300\uff0c\u8fd9\u767e\u6296\u8336\u540d\u79f0\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u800c\u6765\u3002<br \/>  It should be noted that if the tea is not well roasted, it will not give out the unique aroma of burning. But if the tea is roasted for too long, it will result in burnt tea and loss of tea flavor. It means the tea needs to be roasted just enough, and therefore the tea leaves are subject to hundreds of shakings to ensure they are roasted evenly, and thus the Shaken Tea gets its name.<br \/>  \u767e\u6296\u8336\u7684\u529f\u592b\u5728\u4e8e\u4e00\u4e2a&ldquo;\u6296&rdquo;\u5b57\u3002\u6296\u662f\u767e\u6296\u8336\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6296\u65f6\u7f50\u59cb\u7ec8\u4e0d\u79bb\u706b\u82d7\uff0c\u4e14\u8981\u4e0d\u7d27\u4e0d\u6162\u5730\u79d1\uff0c\u4ee5\u8ba9\u8336\u53f6\u5728\u7f50\u4e2d\u53d7\u70ed\u5747\u5300\uff0c\u65e2\u4e0d\u7126\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5939\u751f\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u5236\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u767e\u6296\u8336\u624d\u80fd\u5254\u5176\u6da9\u82e6\u5473\uff0c\u800c\u5165\u53e3\u9999\u6c14\u56db\u6ea2\uff0c\u8212\u5fc3\u723d\u53e3\u3002<br \/>  The key of the Shaken Tea is &ldquo;shaking&rdquo;. It should be noted that the pot shall never be put away from the flames when it is shaken, and that it shall be shaken gently and evenly so that the tea leaves in the pot can be heated evenly, neither burnt nor half-roasted. In this way, the Shaken Tea remains sweet, without being bitter, and becomes fragrant, agreeable, tasty and refreshing.<br \/>  \u51e4\u5e86\u767e\u6296\u8336\u65e2\u662f\u5f53\u5730\u519c\u6751\u559c\u95fb\u4e50\u89c1\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u996e\u8336\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53c8\u662f\u5f53\u5730\u7fa4\u4f17\u7528\u4ee5\u6cbb\u75c5\u7684\u571f\u65b9\u3001\u826f\u65b9\u3002\u5728\u767e\u6296\u8336\u4e2d\u6ef4\u5165\u767d\u9152\u51e0\u6ef4\uff0c\u53ef\u6cbb\u98ce\u5bd2\u611f\u5192\uff1b\u6dfb\u4e0a\u5c11\u8bb8\u7ecf\u706b\u70e7\u8fc7\u7684\u98df\u76d0\uff0c\u53c8\u53ef\u6210\u4e3a\u6b62\u6cfb\u7684\u826f\u65b9\uff1b\u800c\u653e\u5165\u59dc\u4e1d\u6216\u59dc\u7247\uff0c\u53c8\u80fd\u6cbb\u7597\u6d41\u611f\u3002<br \/>  Fengqing Shaken Tea is a popular traditio<em><\/em>nal tea drinking method in the local villages. In addition, it is also a traditio<em><\/em>nal and effective cure used by local people for medical treatment. The Shaken Tea with a few drops of white spirit can cure colds; the Shaken Tea with a little salt burnt on fire can be an effective pres<em><\/em>cription for diarrhea; and the Shaken Tea with shredded ginger or ginger slices can cure the influenza.<br \/>  \u51e4\u5e86\u767e\u6296\u8336\u4ee5\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5236\u8336\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u6d53\u90c1\u7684\u6e05\u9999\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u51e4\u5e86\u53bf\u5bf9\u5916\u4ea4\u5f80\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u522b\u5177\u7279\u8272\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u793c\u4eea\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u7ecf\u5e38\u4ee5&ldquo;\u767e\u6296\u8336&rdquo;\u7684\u5236\u4f5c\u8868\u6f14\u53ca&ldquo;\u767e\u6296\u8336&rdquo;\u7684\u54c1\u996e\uff0c\u62db\u5f85\u5404\u65b9\u6765\u5bbe\u3002<br \/>  With its unique production method and rich fragrance, the Fengqing Shaken Tea has been a distinctive traditio<em><\/em>nal ceremo<em><\/em>nial activity for Fengqing County when making foreign exchanges.
