Zhejiang provincial federation and the  federations of Wenzhou and Ningbo cities paid for the flights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\"><strong>Henan Province bans 100 people from driving<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  Henan Province permanently banned 100  drivers for hit-and-run accidents, and those drivers additionally had  been filed criminal charges, <em>Dahe Daily<\/em> reports. All were male,  and the total includes five foreigners.
