中国网12月5日讯 昨日（4日），国务院法制办公室就《居住证管理办法（征求意见稿）》向社会公开征求意见。《意见稿》规定，居住证持有人在居住地享受与当地户籍人口同等的 受教育、就业、社保和住房公积金等10项基本公共服务。居民离开户口所在地到其它市级以上城市居住半年以上就可以申领居住证。居住证每年签注一次，首次申 请领取居住证，免收证件工本费。
