The exquisite Double Ninth cake has nine tiers, like a pagoda, with two sheep on the top, which accords with the meaning of Double Yang (which has the same pro<em><\/em>nunciation as sheep in Chinese). The present Double Ninth cake still has no fixed type, there are many different kinds.
