I have no idea\/I haven&rsquo;t a clue\/I haven&rsquo;t the faintest idea<\/p>\n<p>These ex<em><\/em>pressions are used when you have no information and you cannot guess the answer to a question.<br \/>  \u8fd9\u4e9b\u8868\u8fbe\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u5728\u4f60\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5173\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u731c\u5230\u7b54\u6848\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u3002<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;What time does the film start?&rsquo; &lsquo;I have no idea. Why don&rsquo;t you call the cinema?&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u7535\u5f71\u4ec0\u4e48\u65f6\u5019\u5f00\u59cb\uff1f&rdquo; &ldquo;\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u4f60\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e0d\u6253\u7535\u8bdd\u95ee\u7535\u5f71\u9662\u5462\uff1f&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;Would you by any chance know wher St James&rsquo;s Street is?&rsquo; &lsquo;I haven&rsquo;t a clue. Sorry.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u4f60\u77e5\u9053\u5723\u8a79\u59c6\u65af\u5927\u8857\u5728\u54ea\u513f\u5417\uff1f&rdquo; &ldquo;\u4e0d\u597d\u610f\u601d\uff0c\u4e0d\u592a\u6e05\u695a\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;Could somebody please explain how this happened?&rsquo; &lsquo;I haven&rsquo;t the faintest idea.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u6709\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u80fd\u89e3\u91ca\u4e00\u4e0b\u8fd9\u662f\u600e\u4e48\u56de\u4e8b\uff1f&rdquo; &ldquo;\u6211\u4e5f\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>3. How should I know?\/Don&rsquo;t ask me\/Search me<\/p>\n<p>These ex<em><\/em>pressions are used when you do not know something and you feel annoyed that someone is asking you a<em><\/em>bout it.<br \/>  \u5f53\u4f60\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u53c8\u5f88\u53cd\u611f\u522b\u4eba\u95ee\u4f60\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fd9\u4e48\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;Who left this mess on the table?&rsquo; &lsquo;How should I know? I&rsquo;ve o<em><\/em>nly just come home.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u8c01\u628a\u684c\u5b50\u5f04\u5f97\u4e00\u56e2\u4e71\uff1f&rdquo; &ldquo;\u6211\u600e\u4e48\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6211\u624d\u521a\u5230\u5bb6\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;What time did she say she was catching her train? &rsquo; &lsquo;Don&rsquo;t ask me. I&rsquo;m always the last to know.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u5979\u4ec0\u4e48\u65f6\u5019\u8bf4\u5979\u5728\u8d76\u706b\u8f66\u6765\u7740\uff1f&rdquo; &ldquo;\u522b\u95ee\u6211\uff0c\u6211\u603b\u662f\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u4e2a\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;Why didn&rsquo;t he ask you for the keys?&rsquo; &lsquo;Search me. I&rsquo;m not a mind reader.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4ed6\u4e0d\u95ee\u4f60\u8981\u94a5\u5319\u5462\uff1f&rdquo; &ldquo;\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6211\u53c8\u4e0d\u4f1a\u8bfb\u5fc3\u672f\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>4. Who knows?\/It&rsquo;s anyone&rsquo;s guess<\/p>\n<p>These are used for saying that you don&rsquo;t know something because it is impossible for anyone to know it.<br \/>  \u5f53\u4f60\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u8fd9\u4e24\u53e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;Will they ever find the missing aircraft?&rsquo; &lsquo;Who knows? The search been going on for such a long time now.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u4ed6\u4eec\u4f1a\u627e\u5230\u5931\u8e2a\u7684\u98de\u673a\u5417\uff1f&rdquo; &ldquo;\u8c01\u77e5\u9053\u5462\uff1f\u641c\u5bfb\u5de5\u4f5c\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e48\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u4e86\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;How the situation will develop from here is anyone&rsquo;s guess.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u8c01\u90fd\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u4e8b\u6001\u4f1a\u5982\u4f55\u53d1\u5c55\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>5. Your guess is as good as mine<\/p>\n<p>This is used for saying that you know as little a<em><\/em>bout something as the person who asked you a<em><\/em>bout it.<br \/>  \u5982\u679c\u4f60\u548c\u63d0\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u4eba\u4e00\u6837\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fd9\u6837\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;Do you think we will be able to book the restaurant for Friday?&rsquo; &lsquo;Your guess is as good as mine.&rsquo;<br \/>  \u4f8b\u53e5\uff1a&ldquo;\u4f60\u89c9\u5f97\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u5728\u5468\u4e94\u9884\u5b9a\u5230\u8fd9\u5bb6\u9910\u5385\u5417\uff1f&rdquo;&ldquo;\u6211\u548c\u4f60\u4e00\u6837\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>6. Not as far as I know<\/p>\n<p>We use this to say that something may be true, but you do not have enough information to know whether it is or not.<br \/>  \u5f53\u4f60\u8ba4\u4e3a\u67d0\u4ef6\u4e8b\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u771f\u7684\u4f46\u53c8\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8868\u8fbe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>e.g. &lsquo;Has Clive left the company?
