He was best-known for his land- and waterscapes.<\/p>\n<p>  \tHis best result in 2012 was generated by his &quot;Du Fu&#39;s Composition of Poem&quot; (208cm &times; 59.5cm), which fetched US$13.8 million in Poly Auction&#39;s spring sale of 2012 at Beijing Poly international Auction Co.,Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>  \tThe market has a stable need for Fu&#39;s works. According to the Art Market Monitor of Artron, the effective demand of the market ranges from some 100 to 150 pieces.
