Scroll to the bottom of the recipe directions for a nutritional breakdown.<\/p>\n<p>  \tPrep Time: 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>  \tCook Time: 5 minutes<\/p>\n<p>  \tTotal Time: 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>  \tIngredients:<\/p>\n<p>  \t4 cups water<br \/>  \tOne (1) pound asparagus, cut diagonally<br \/>  \t2 tablespoons light soy sauce<br \/>  \t2 tablespoons sesame seed oil<br \/>  \t1\/4 teaspoon sugar<br \/>  \t1 clove garlic, chopped fine<\/p>\n<p>  \tPreparation:<\/p>\n<p>  \tBring 4 cups water to boil in saucepan. Drop in the pound of asparagus. Boil 1 minute. Drain. Rinse with cold water.<\/p>\n<p>  \tMix next four ingredients (the light soy sauce, sesame seed oil, sugar and chopped garlic) in a bowl.
