\tI’ve always been interested in movies\/series that is related to Basketball. Space Jam was the first ever entertainment movie that i watched which involves basketball, then came Like Mike & etc.<\/p>\n
\tIn the past decade, China & Taiwan have been filming drama series with basketball as the main theme and i only watched MVP Lovers (Taiwan) & \u7bee\u7403\u90e8\u843d (China) before where i skip the others due to the extreme lameness along with the craps in it.<\/p>\n
\tBuzzer Beat by the Japanese just last year looks promising during the first few episodes but it eventually had a sucky ending to it with only 11 episodes in total.<\/p>\n
\tDon’t even mention the movie which Jay Chou starred in with his time stop ability at the end of the movie.<\/p>\n
\tAnyways just recently, Shanghai Films \u4e0a\u6d77\u7535\u5f71\u96c6\u56e2\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8 have co-operate with NBA coming out with \u795e\u5947 Amazing as a movie featuring basketball as its main theme and talks about youth, life, love and of course baketball itself.<\/p>\n
\tActors who’re involved includes China’s current top actor Huang Xiaoming \u9ec4\u6653\u660e, Hong Kong’s actor\/director Stephen Fung \u51af\u5fb7\u4f26, Taiwan’s famous host Charles Chen \u9ed1\u4eba \u9648\u5efa\u5dde & Resident Evil : Afterlife star Eric Mabius where else the actresses are Huang Yi \u9ec4\u5955. Li Qin \u674e\u6c81 and Ah-jung Kim \u91d1\u96c5\u4e2d.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\tBasketball players who’re in the film are Wang Zhizhi \u738b\u6cbb\u90c5, Yi Jian Lian \u6613\u5efa\u8054, Scottie Pippen, Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony and of course, Yao Ming \u59da\u660e with his cameo appearance.<\/p>\n
\tThe movie was scheduled to start its filming stage back in August this year and today itself the crew will be filming the ending of the movie in a NBA friendly pre-match between 2 NBA Teams – Houston Rockets and New Jersey Nets in Beijing with its main focus on Yao Ming \u59da\u660e playing for Houston Rockets.<\/p>\n
\tThe official press conference was held just yesterday at Beijing revealing extra information on the movie itself where the actors will be in the same team with the NBA players mentioned above with Huang Xiaoming \u9ec4\u6653\u660e being the main character in the movie.
\tA movie about dreams and love which featuring big names in NBA surely interests me and i’m glad that there aren’t too many SUPERSTAR Actors in it which might make the film look nice just on the outside where the quality of the movie itself going down.<\/p>\n
\tOne thing i don’t understand is why did they choose Huang Xiaoming \u9ec4\u6653\u660e to be in the film as he himself even confessed that he’s not good in Basketball to start with but well it remains an unchanged fact, so no point debating on who should be the main man in the film.<\/p>\n
