White tea enjoys a long-standing history in China. A beautiful legend has it that in the period under the reign of Emperor Yao, a woman named Langu hided in Ho<\/em>ngxue Cave of Taimu Mountain to avoid flames of war. In some year, measles was rampant around Taimu Mountain and local residents tried every means to treat the disease suffered by their kids, but ended in vain. Benevolent Langu was also worried and anxious a<\/em>bout that. One day, she dreamed a<\/em>bout the Immortal Elder of the South Pole who instructed her to find a sapling called green snow bud on the top of the Cave which was the remedy to cure epidemics. Langu woke up pleasantly and found the tea tree, sent the dried green leaf to the sick children. As a result, the children recovered one after another before long. White tea mysteriously saved the entire village. Since then, Langu carefully cultivated the fairy tea and taught local residents to plant it. This is directly today’s white tea.
\u4eba\u4eec\u91c7\u4e86\u7ec6\u5ae9\u3001\u53f6\u80cc\u591a\u767d\u8338\u6bdb\u7684\u82bd\u53f6\uff0c\u52a0\u5de5\u65f6\u4e0d\u7092\u4e0d\u63c9\uff0c\u6652\u5e72\u6216\u7528\u6587\u706b\u70d8\u5e72\uff0c\u4f7f\u767d\u8338\u6bdb\u5728\u8336\u7684\u5916\u8868\u5b8c\u6574\u5730\u4fdd\u7559\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u8fd9\u4fbf\u662f\u8336\u5448\u767d\u8272\u7684\u7f18\u6545\u3002\u5c06\u6cb8\u6c34\u5f90\u5f90\u704c\u5165\u676f\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u89c1\u8336\u53f6\u7fe9\u8df9\u8d77\u4f0f\uff0c\u4ead\u4ead\u7389\u7acb\uff0c\u72b9\u5982\u96e8\u540e\u5e7c\u7b0b\u3002\u82bd\u53f6\u7ecf\u6c34\u6d78\u6e0d\u540e\uff0c\u6e05\u6f88\u6676\u4eae\uff0c\u66f4\u663e\u94f6\u7eff\u9690\u7fe0\uff0c\u6e29\u6da6\u88ad\u4eba\u3002\u65d7\u67aa\u5ffd\u5347\u5ffd\u964d\uff0c\u6c64\u8272\u8f6c\u4e3a\u674f\u9ec4\u8272\u3002\u5f85\u8336\u82bd\u5f90\u5f90\u4e0b\u843d\u676f\u5e95\u540e\uff0c\u6c72\u4e00\u53e3\u54c1\u5473\uff0c\u53ea\u89c9\u4e00\u7f15\u7f15\u9752\u5170\u99a5\u90c1\u7684\u6c14\u606f\u5347\u817e\u4e8e\u9f3b\u5507\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u800c\u676f\u4e2d\u8336\u82bd\u59cb\u7ec8\u633a\u7acb\uff0c\u96be\u602a\u88ab\u4e16\u4eba\u8a89\u4e3a“\u6b63\u76f4\u4e4b\u5fc3”\u3002
Delicate sprout with more white fuzz on the back of leaf is always picked up and dried in the sun or baked out by slow fire without frying and rubbing during the processing, thus, completely reserving the white fuzz on the tea surface. That’s why the tea appears white. Then, burning water is poured into cup slowly wher tea leaf is rising and falling slowly and gracefully like bamboo shoots after the spring rain. After being immersed in water, the sprout will become lucid and clear and appear silver green and mild. Qiqiang tea goes up and down and then water shows apricot yellow color. After the tea leaf falls to the bottom of cup gradually, you may take a sip. Fragrant flavor will be keenly felt, but tea leaves in the cup still stand upright. No wo<\/em>nder it is praised as “upright heart.”
\u767d\u8336\u9664\u4e86\u6709\u7740\u6c64\u8272\u6d45\u9ec4\u3001\u9c9c\u9187\u723d\u53e3\u7684\u6e05\u96c5\u97f5\u5473\uff0c\u66f4\u517c\u6709“\u7eff\u5986\u7d20\u88f9”\u4e4b\u89c6\u89c9\u7f8e\u611f\u3002\u767d\u8336\u6027\u6e05\u51c9\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u9000\u70ed\u964d\u706b\u7b49\u529f\u6548\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u5c06\u5b83\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e0d\u53ef\u591a\u5f97\u7684\u73cd\u54c1\u3002
Apart from light yellow tea water, fresh, mellow and tasty flavor, white tea is also featured by the visual feeling of dressed in green. Cool and refreshing in nature, white tea is blessed with the effect of bringing down a fever and reducing internal heat. In this sense, many people regard it as a rare treasure.
