[Photo: Agencies]&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>  \u9ed8\u591a\u514b\u8981\u548c\u7b2c\u4e09\u4efb\u59bb\u5b50\u9093\u6587\u8fea\u79bb\u5a5a\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u5728\u731c\u6d4b\u4ed6\u4eec\u79bb\u5a5a\u771f\u6b63\u539f\u56e0\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u90fd\u5f88\u5173\u6ce8\u4e8c\u4eba\u4e4b\u524d\u7b7e\u8ba2\u7684\u5a5a\u524d\u548c\u5a5a\u540e\u534f\u8bae\u80fd\u7ed9\u9093\u6587\u8fea\u5e26\u6765\u591a\u5927\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u54b1\u4eec\u5c31\u6765\u8bf4\u8bf4\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\uff08prenuptial agreement\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  \u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\uff08prenuptial agreement\uff09\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7684\u82f1\u6587\u7f29\u5199\u4e3aprenup\u6216prenupt\uff0c\u6307\u6709\u610f\u6210\u5a5a\u6216\u8005\u8fbe\u6210\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u4eba\u5728\u7ed3\u5a5a\u3001\u6c11\u4e8b\u7ed3\u5408\uff08\u5373\u540c\u6027\u7ed3\u5a5a\uff09\u6216\u8005\u6b63\u5f0f\u6ce8\u518c\u4e4b\u524d\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  A prenuptial agreement or premarital agreement, commonly abbreviated to prenup or prenupt, is a contract entered into prior to marriage, civil unio or any other agreement prior to the main agreement by the people intending to marry or contract with each other.<\/p>\n<p>  \u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u5c3d\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u666e\u904d\u90fd\u5305\u62ec\u79bb\u5a5a\u6216\u5a5a\u59fb\u7834\u88c2\u65f6\u8d22\u4ea7\u5206\u914d\u4ee5\u53ca\u914d\u5076\u629a\u517b\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u6709\u65f6\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u4f1a\u5305\u62ec\u56e0\u901a\u5978\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u79bb\u5a5a\u65f6\u8d22\u4ea7\u6ca1\u6536\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u4e8e\u76d1\u62a4\u6743\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8981\u6c42\u7b49\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  The content of a prenuptial agreement can vary widely, but commonly includes provisions for division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of marriage. They may also include terms for the forfeiture of assets as a result of divorce on the grounds of adultery, further conditions of guardianship may be included as well.<\/p>\n<p>  \u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u5206\u4e3a\u4e24\u79cd\uff1a\u5df2\u5a5a\u592b\u5987\u6216\u5c06\u5a5a\u592b\u5987\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u5a5a\u59fb\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u672a\u7ed3\u5a5a\u4f34\u4fa3\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u540c\u5c45\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u5df2\u5a5a\u592b\u5987\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u4e5f\u53eb\u505apostnuptial agreement\u6216\u8005postmarital agreement\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  There are two types of prenuptial agreements: marriage contract for people who are married or ab0ut to be married, and cohabitation agreement for unmarried couples.
