The high cost of living and skyrocketing rents have left  them struggling on the margins of society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">\u7531\u793e\u4f1a\u79d1\u5b66\u6587\u732e\u51fa\u7248\u793e\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u624d\u84dd\u76ae\u4e66\u300b\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u636e\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5404\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\u751f\u6d3b\u7740100\u591a\u4e07\u8fd9\u6837\u7684&ldquo;\u8681\u6c11&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">According to a survey in the <em>Blue Book<\/em>  about the country&#8217;s talents, which was released by the Social Sciences  Academy Press, more than 1 million such &#8216;ants&#8217; live in the big cities of  China.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">\u5317\u4eac\u5730\u533a\u8fd9\u7c7b\u5927\u5b66\u6bd5\u4e1a\u751f\u4eba\u6570\u6700\u591a\uff0c\u670910\u4e07\u4eba\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff1b\u4e0e\u5317\u4eac\u60c5\u51b5\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u8fd8\u6709\u5e7f\u5dde\u3001\u897f\u5b89\u3001\u91cd\u5e86\u3001\u592a\u539f\u3001\u90d1\u5dde\u3001\u5357\u4eac\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">Beijing has the largest number with more  than 100,000, and numbers not far short of this can be found in  Guangzhou, Xi&#8217;an, Chongqing, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou and Nanjing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">\u5728&ldquo;\u8681\u65cf&rdquo;\u805a\u5c45\u7684\u7834\u65e7\u623f\u5c4b\u5468\u56f4\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5bc6\u5e03\u7740\u5c0f\u996d\u9986\u3001\u7f51\u5427\u3001\u53d1\u5eca\u548c\u8bca\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">The areas around the shabby houses  inhabited by the &quot;ant tribe&quot; are usually crowded with tiny restaurants,  Internet bars, hair salons and clinics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">&ldquo;\u8681\u6c11\u4eec&rdquo;\u6ca1\u6709\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6708\u5e73\u5747\u6536\u5165\u57282000\u5143\uff08\u7ea6\u5408301.07\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">The &quot;ants&quot; often don&#8217;t have stable jobs and their average salary is below 2,000 yuan (US$301.07) per month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">\u5ec9\u601d\u8868\u793a\uff0c&ldquo;\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e0e\u8682\u8681\u5f88\u76f8\u50cf\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u805a\u5c45\u5728\u72ed\u7a84\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\uff0c\u6709\u7740\u9ad8\u667a\u5546\uff0c\u5f88\u52e4\u594b\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u4e3a\u4eba\u77e5\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u4e5f\u5f88\u4f4e\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">&quot;They have all the characteristics of  ants,&quot;
