He  said that the current pattern of global economic development needs  currency diversification that allows currencies besides the US dollar to  play a bigger role.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">Dai said the renminbi is a stable  currency that can ensure the safety of other countries&#8217; assets, enhance  world trade and protect the interests of China&#8217;s foreign trade and  investment.
