In fact, seven out of 10 of the world&#8217;s least affordable markets&#8211;Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Tianjin, Guangzhou and Chongqing&#8211;are now in China.<br \/>  \u6839\u636e\u8d27\u5e01\u57fa\u91d1\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08IMF\uff09\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4e94\u5927\u4e2d\u56fd\u57ce\u5e02\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u6602\u8d35\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\u540d\u5217\u524d\u8305\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e86\u4f17\u6240\u5468\u77e5\u7684\u6602\u8d35\u57ce\u5e02\u4e1c\u4eac\u3001\u4f26\u6566\u548c\u7ebd\u7ea6\uff0c\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u5341\u5927\u8d35\u7684\u8ba9\u4eba\u96be\u4ee5\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e03\u4e2a\u90fd\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u57ce\u5e02&mdash;&mdash;\u5317\u4eac\u3001\u4e0a\u6d77\u3001\u6df1\u5733\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u5929\u6d25\u3001\u5e7f\u5dde\u548c\u91cd\u5e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  Note that that the price-to-wage ratio, which measures median housing prices in a given city against median disposable incomes, reflects affordability rather than absolute property value. This means the mid-range price of an apartment in New York is 6.2 times more than what a typical family makes in a year. That&#8217;s worrying news for the government; housing prices are a major source of public resentment. The danger isn&#8217;t just the threat of popular unrest, though: It&#8217;s that soaring property prices make people feel less wealthy and less inclined to consume.
