He was a Han Nationality, and had an original name of Guo Kaizhen, courtesy name of Dingtang, pen name of Moruo. He was a modern Chinese litterateur, poet, dramatist, archaeologist, thinker, paleocharacter expert, historian, calligrapher, scholar, revolutionist, social activist famous both at home and abroad.
