As a kind of wine, ho<\/em>ney wine is a type of alcoholic drink produced with ho<\/em>ney as the raw materials. Judging from the development of ho<\/em>ney wine, we can find that it mainly includes mixed ho<\/em>ney liquor, fermented liquor and fermented pure ho<\/em>ney wine, with the first most available on the market.
\u636e\u8003\u8bc1\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u8702\u871c\u9152\u59cb\u89c1\u4e8e\u897f\u5468\u3002\u8702\u871c\u9152\u6700\u65e9\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u516c\u5143\u524d780\u5e74\u5468\u5e7d\u738b\u5bab\u5bb4\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5728“\u733f\u9152”\u7684\u542f\u53d1\u4e0b\u8bd5\u917f\u6210\u529f\u7684\u3002\u5230\u4e86\u5510\u4ee3\uff0c\u836f\u5b66\u5bb6\u82cf\u606d\u4ece\u917f\u9020\u4e2d\u5f97\u51fa\u4e86“\u51e1\u4f5c\u9152\u91b4\u987b\u66f2\uff0c\u800c\u8461\u8404\u3001\u871c\u7b49\u9152\u72ec\u4e0d\u7528\u66f2”\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u53d1\u9175\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002\u660e\u4ee3\u674e\u65f6\u73cd\u7684\u672c\u8349\u7eb2\u76ee\u628a\u8702\u871c\u9152\u5217\u4e3a\u4e13\u6761\uff0c\u5f15\u8bc1\u4e86\u5510\u4ee3\u5b59\u601d\u9088\u7528\u8702\u871c\u9152\u6cbb\u98ce\u75b9\u3001\u98ce\u7663\u7b49\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8702\u871c\u917f\u9152\u7684\u571f\u65b9\u3002
Researches revealed that China’s ho<\/em>ney wine can be traced back to the Western Zhou Dynasty. It appeared in the palace banquet of King You of Zhou in 780 B.C. in the earliest time which was brewed by drawing from the inspiration of “ape’s wine”. Then in the Tang Dynasty, pharmaceutical scientist Su Gong learnt the experience of “sweet wine needs yeast, but no yeast is necessary in case of grape and ho<\/em>ney wine” in the brewing process. Compendium of Materia Medica compiled by Li Shizhen of Ming Dynasty listed ho<\/em>ney wine as a special term, cited as proof that ho<\/em>ney liquor can cure measles, tinea and other diseases and even provided folk recipe for brewing ho<\/em>ney wine.
\u53e4\u4eba\u5bf9\u8702\u871c\u9152\u6700\u4e3a\u611f\u53f9\u7684\u8981\u6570\u5b8b\u4ee3\u82cf\u4e1c\u5761\u4e86\u3002\u795e\u5b97\u5143\u4e30\u4e09\u5e74\uff08\u516c\u51431080\u5e74\uff09\uff0c\u4ed6\u56e0“\u4e4c\u53f0\u8bd7\u6848”\u8d2c\u8c2a\u9ec4\u5dde\uff08\u4eca\u6e56\u5317\u9ec4\u5188\uff09\u4efb\u56e2\u7ec3\u526f\u53f2\u65f6\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u8702\u871c\u917f\u9152\u7684\u6539\u8fdb\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4eb2\u81ea\u917f\u51fa\u4e86“\u5f00\u74ee\u9999\u6ee1\u57ce”\u7684\u8702\u871c\u9152\uff0c\u5199\u4e0b\u4e86\u4ee4\u4eba\u6b32\u9189\u7684\u300a\u871c\u9152\u6b4c\u300b\u3002
Among the ancients, Su Do<\/em>ngpo of Song Dynasty was the one with the most touchable feeling towards ho<\/em>ney wine. In the third year of Yuanfeng under the reign of Emperor Shenzong (the year 1080 in the Christian era) when Su Do<\/em>ngpo was relegated to Huangzhou (today’s Huanggang in Hubei Province) to serve as a deputy director because of “Wutai Poem Case”, he studied on the method of improving ho<\/em>ney wine making, produced ho<\/em>ney liquor which is “aromatic throughout the city when the jar is opened” and wrote down the intoxicating “Ho<\/em>ney Wine Ballad”.
\u5143\u4ee3\u5b8b\u4f2f\u4ec1\u7684\u300a\u9152\u5c0f\u53f2\u300b\u4e2d\u4e5f\u8bb0\u6709\u8702\u871c\u9152\u3002\u5143\u4ee3\u5143\u8d1e\u5143\u5e74\uff08\u516c\u51431295\u5e74\uff09\u9063\u5b66\u8005\u5468\u8fbe\u89c2\u53bb\u771f\u8721\u56fd\uff08\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\uff09\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8702\u871c\u9152\u7684\u917f\u9020\u6cd5\u518d\u6b21\u4f20\u5230\u56fd\u5916\u3002
In addition, ho<\/em>ney wine is recorded in “Wine History” of Song Boren of the Yuan Dynasty. In the first year of Yuanzhen (the year 1295 in the Christian era), scholar Zhou Daguan was dispatched to Zhenla (today’s Cambodia). As a result, the method of producing China’s ho<\/em>ney wine was spread overseas.
\u8702\u871c\u9152\u6709\u7740\u6df1\u539a\u7684\u6587\u5316\u5e95\u8574\uff0c\u52a0\u4e4b\u9152\u4f53\u5177\u6709\u8425\u517b\u5065\u8eab\u3001\u6ecb\u8865\u5f3a\u4f53\u3001\u4fdd\u5065\u7f8e\u5bb9\u3001\u5ef6\u7f13\u8870\u8001\u7684\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u53d7\u5230\u4f17\u591a\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u9752\u7750\u3002
