What&#39;s not intuitive to learners is that the word \u591a should come before the verb.<\/p>\n<p>  \t<strong>Structure <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  \tThis structure is often used in commands or suggestions. Note the position of \u591a:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>  \tThis structure is not used exclusively as a command, so you could also include a subject if you needed to.<\/p>\n<p>  \t<strong>Examples <\/strong><br \/>  \tIn English we like to say things like &quot;eat more&quot; and &quot;drink more beer&quot; and &quot;I need to exercise more.&quot; Notice that in every one of these cases, the word &quot;more&quot; (equivalent to this use of \u591a) comes after the verb in English. In Chinese, it&#39;s more natural to put the \u591a before the verb.<\/p>\n<p><div>Du\u014d ch\u012b di\u01cen.<br \/>  \t\u591a \u5403 \u70b9\u3002<\/div>\n<div>Eat a little more. <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>  \t<strong>Counter-Examples<\/strong><br \/>  \tJust to be completely clear, the following uses of \u591a are not as natural as the ones above. They&#39;ll be understood, and they might not be technically wrong, but you can do better!<br \/>  \t&times; \u6211 \u8981 \u56de\u5bb6\u591a\u70b9\uff01<\/p>\n<p>  \tThe opposite of \u591a is, of course, \u5c11.
