The balls never drop; they seem glued to the rackets.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div>\u8ddf\u5728\u961f\u4f0d\u540e\u9762\u7684\u6211\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u6a21\u6709\u6837\u5730\u5b66\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u770b\u4f3c\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u52a8\u4f5c\uff0c\u505a\u8d77\u6765\u5374\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u521a\u521a\u6325\u52a8\u7403\u62cd\uff0c\u7403\u5c31\u98de\u4e86\u51fa\u53bb\u3002\u65c1\u8fb9\u70ed\u5fc3\u7684\u963f\u59e8\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\uff0c\u67d4\u529b\u7403\u7684\u6280\u5de7\u5728\u4e8e\u773c\u775b\u8981\u6ce8\u89c6\u7740\u7403\uff0c\u52a8\u4f5c\u8981\u67d4\u548c\u8fde\u8d2f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8981\u591a\u52a0\u7ec3\u4e60\uff0c\u7ec3\u597d\u4e86\u57fa\u672c\u52a8\u4f5c\u4e4b\u540e\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u82b1\u6837\u3002<\/div>\n<div>I stood in the back of them, watching carefully. However, the seemingly simple act is not easy to do. When I waved the racket, the ball flew out. A warm-hearted woman told me that the skill to Taiji-tender-ball is in the eyes. The act must be soft and consistent, and it needs regular practice. After strengthening the basic movements, she said, you are also able to do a lot of tricks.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div>\u8bdd\u672a\u8bf4\u5b8c\uff0c\u963f\u59e8\u5c31\u6325\u821e\u7403\u62cd\u4e3a\u6211\u8868\u6f14\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u53ea\u89c1\u5979\u65f6\u800c\u6325\u62cd\u8fce\u7403\uff0c\u65f6\u800c\u7eb3\u7403\u5165\u62cd\uff0c\u4f3c\u5f27\u5f62\u4e0a\u4e0b\u7ffb\u98de\u968f\u7403\u8d77\u821e\uff0c\u4f3c\u592a\u6781\u521a\u67d4\u5e76\u6d4e\uff0c\u8212\u7f13\u67d4\u548c\uff0c\u5f15\u5f97\u5927\u5bb6\u9635\u9635\u559d\u5f69\u58f0\u3002<\/div>\n<div>Before finishing the sentence, she waves the racket. The movements are simple, beautiful and easy for everyone to learn. Hitting the ball is a silent act. The principles of it are to use the static to control the dynamic and softness to overcome force. The exercise incorporates throwing, catching and rotating movements which are good for relaxing shoulder, waist, and neck.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div>2006\u5e745\u6708\uff0c\u6e29\u603b\u7406\u966a\u540c\u5fb7\u56fd\u603b\u7406\u611f\u53d7&ldquo;\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f0f\u6668\u7ec3&rdquo;\uff0c\u5e76\u5f53\u4f17\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u73a9\u67d4\u529b\u7403\u7684\u9ad8\u8d85\u6280\u827a\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fdb\u4e86\u8fd9\u9879\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u6765\u3002<\/div>\n<div>In May 2006, the Prime Minister of Germany, accompanied by Premier Wen Jiabao, experienced &#39;Morning Exercises in China&#39;.
