Mix well the two kinds of rice, place in a container and add 500 g (1 cup) of boiling water. Steam for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>  \t2. Put the rice into a large bowl, add the salt, MSG, scallions and sausage and well mix. Place the mixture in a square plate and press hard. When it cools off, cut into squares 1 cm (0.4 inch) each side.<\/p>\n<p>  \t3. Put the oil in a pan and heat it to 135-200:C (275-390:F). Put in the rice squares and deep-fry till they are golden brown.
