Whip the eggs and mix with the flour. Press into thin slices 0.2 cm (0.08 inch) wide and 15 cm (6 inches)long.<\/p>\n<p>  \t2. Add the cooking oil and heat till it is 180-200 :C (355-390 :F) hot. Deep-fry the srips of dough and bring them out when they are crispy. Pour out the oil.<\/p>\n<p>  \t3. Put 50 g (3 tbsp) of water into the pot, add the sugar, maltose and use a low heat to bring the mixture to a thick syrup. Add the fried dough strips and the preserved fruit, well mix and place into a plate and press hard.
