1996\u5e746\u67089\u65e5\uff0c\u4e00\u9879\u4ee4\u4eba\u60ca\u53f9\u7684\u8003\u53e4\u53d1\u73b0\u5728\u8fbd\u5b81\u9526\u5dde\u9762\u4e16\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u642c\u8fc1\u9526\u5dde\u51cc\u5ddd\u917f\u9152\u603b\u5382\u7684\u8001\u5382\u65f6 \u5076\u7136\u5728\u5730\u4e0b80\u5398\u7c73\u5904\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u56db\u4e2a\u6728\u5236\u7684\u9152\u6d77\uff08\u53e4\u4ee3\u9152\u7684\u5bb9\u5668\uff09\uff0c\u9152\u6d77\u5185\u7adf\u7136\u5b8c\u597d\u5730\u4fdd\u5b58\u7740\u9999\u6c14\u5b9c\u4eba\u7684\u767d\u9152\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9152\u6d77\u4ee5\u7ea2\u6866\u6784\u7b51\uff0c\u957f\u4e3a2.62\u7c73\u3001\u5bbd1.31\u7c73\u3001\u6df11.64\u7c73\u7bb1\u5185\u88f1\u7cca\u4ee5\u7ea61500\u5c42\u3001\u5185\u8638\u4ee5\u9e7f\u8840\u7684\u5ba3\u7eb8\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5ba3\u7eb8\u4e0a\u7528\u6c49\u5b57\uff0c\u6d9d\u6587\u4e66\u5199“\u5927\u6e05\u9053\u5149\u4e59\u5df2\u5e74”\u3001“\u540c\u76db\u91d1”\u3001“\u5927\u6e05\u56fd”\u7b49\u5b57\u6837\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bb0\u8f7d\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u9057\u8ff9\u3001\u6587\u7269\u8003\u53e4\u4e13\u5bb6\u786e\u8ba4\u8fd9\u662f“\u540c\u76db\u91d1”\u9152\u574a\u5728\u6e05\u9053\u5149\u4e8c\u5341\u4e94\u5e74\u5c01\u5b58\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9152\u4e0d\u4ec5\u547d\u957f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5341\u5206\u597d\u559d\u3002
On June 9, 1996, a miraculous archaeological discovery is found in Jinzhou, Liaoning. When moving the old plant of Jinzhou Lingchuan Winery, people found four wooden Jiuhai (the ancient wine container) under 80cm of the ground by chance. The full-bodied liquor was well stored in the Jiuhai unexpectedly. Made from red birch, these Jiuhai are 2.62 meters long, 1.31 meters wide and 1.64 meters deep with a<\/em>bout 1500 tiers rice paper dipped by the blood of deer. There are such characters as “Daqing Daoguang Yisi Year”, “Tong Shengjin” and “Daqing Country” in Chinese character and Laowen (a kind of letter) on the paper. Through these records and other vestiges and relics, the archaeological experts affirmed that they were sealed up in the twenty-fifth year of Daoguang with long history and good taste.
“\u70e7\u9152”\u5c5e\u9648\u9999\u578b\uff0c\u8272\u5fae\u9ec4\uff0c\u9152\u7cbe\u5ea653%\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u662f\u8d21\u9152\uff0c\u5b83\u7528\u9e7f\u8840\u8638\u5ba3\u7eb8\u5c01\u5b58\uff0c150\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u6d78\u6ce1\u4f7f\u9e7f\u8840\u6e17\u5165\u9152\u4e2d\uff0c\u529f\u6548\u4e86\u5f97\u3002
The “rack” belo<\/em>ngs to the odor type with light yellow color and 53% alcohol content. Because it was the tribute wine, it was sealed up with rice paper dipped by the blood of deer. For being socked for 150 years, the blood of deer seeped into the wine, the wine has good effect.
\u636e\u8fbd\u5b81\u7701\u8003\u53e4\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u5de5\u827a\u534f\u4f1a\u767d\u9152\u4e13\u4e1a\u534f\u4f1a\u53cd\u590d\u8003\u8bc1\u540e\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff1a\u8fd9\u6279\u88ab\u547d\u540d\u4e3a“\u9053\u5149\u4e8c\u5341\u4e94”\u6e05\u671d\u8d21\u9152\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7a74\u85cf\u65f6\u95f4\u6700\u957f\u7684\u767d\u9152\uff0c\u5b83\u548c\u76db\u9152\u5668\u76bf“\u6728\u9152\u6d77”\u7684\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u9152\u6587\u5316\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5177\u6709\u6781\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u3002“\u9053\u5149\u4e8c\u5341\u4e94”\u7ecf\u591a\u4f4d\u5168\u56fd\u8457\u540d\u8bc4\u9152\u4e13\u5bb6\u901a\u8fc7\u611f\u5b98\u54c1\u8bc4\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u8be5\u9152\u9152\u6db2\u5448\u5fae\u9ec4\u8272\uff0c\u6d53\u90c1\u9648\u9999\uff0c\u5165\u53e3\u7ef5\u67d4\uff0c\u9187\u539a\u7ec6\u817b\uff0c\u540e\u5473\u60a0\u957f\uff0c\u98ce\u5473\u72ec\u7279\uff0c\u662f\u767d\u9152\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u7a00\u4e16\u73cd\u5b9d\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u6536\u85cf\u4ef7\u503c\u548c\u5546\u54c1\u4ef7\u503c\u3002
Upon repeated textual research by Liao<\/em>ning Provincial Institute of Archaeology and Liquor Branch of China Natio<\/em>nal Food Industry Association, they all thought that the named “Daoguang Twenty-five” tribute win of Qing Dynasty was the liquor with the lo<\/em>ngest storage time in the world. The discovery of the wine and the “wooden Jiuhai” make great significance to the research of Chinese wine culture. Upon tasting by many famous professio<\/em>nal wine reviewer, “Daoguang Twenty-five” is rare treasury of the liquor family with light yellow color, full-bodied taste, fine and smooth flavor, long-term good feeling and unique characteristic. It has high storage and commercial value.
