Of those, 60 million live in cities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px\">In the 16 provinces, municipalities and  autonomous regions surveyed, Heilongjiang Province ranked first in the  number of people who most value family background and are least  accepting of infidelity. Shanghai and Beijing residents were least  accepting of partners without a house and car.
