All the love scenes on earth, however many, fade.<\/p>\n

Their tender love flows like a stream;
This happy date seems but a dream.
Can they bear a separate homeward way?<\/p>\n

If love between both sides can last for aye,
Why need they stay together night and day?<\/p>\n

The poem praises the famous love between Niu Lang and Zhi Nv who is the seventh daughter of the heaven’s King. Their story is also the origin of Chinese Valentine’s Day (\u4e03\u5915Q\u012bx\u012b). They were separated by the galaxy and they can meet each other o<\/em>nly o<\/em>nce every year. The famous sentence \u4e24\u60c5\u82e5\u662f\u4e45\u957f\u65f6\uff0c\u53c8\u5c82\u5728\u671d\u671d (li\u0103ng qíng ruò shì ji\u016d cháng shí, yòu q\u012d zài zh\u0101o zh\u0101o mù mù), shows the true meaning of love and it means that the two needn’t be physically together as long as they love each other deeply.
