Its raw material is the primary Dian (Yunnan) green tea which is native to Xishuangbanna. Pu&rsquo;er is the result of processing. Pu&rsquo;er tea has a long history and the trade of Pu&rsquo;er tea can be traced back as early as the Tang Dynasty.<br \/>  \u666e\u6d31\u8336\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u662f\u4f18\u826f\u54c1\u8d28\u7684\u4e91\u5357\u5927\u53f6\u79cd\u8336\u6811\u4e4b\u9c9c\u53f6\uff0c\u5206\u4e3a\u6625\u3001\u590f\u3001\u79cb\u4e09\u4e2a\u89c4\u683c\u3002\u6625\u8336\u53c8\u5206\u4e3a&ldquo;\u6625\u5c16&rdquo;\u3001&ldquo;\u6625\u4e2d&rdquo;\u3001&ldquo;\u6625\u5c3e&rdquo;\u4e09\u4e2a\u7b49\u7ea7\uff1b\u590f\u8336\u53c8\u79f0&ldquo;\u4e8c\u6c34&rdquo;\uff1b\u79cb\u8336\u53c8\u79f0\u4e3a&ldquo;\u8c37\u82b1&rdquo;\u3002\u666e\u6d31\u8336\u4e2d\u4ee5\u6625\u5c16\u548c\u8c37\u82b1\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u6700\u4f73\u3002<br \/>  Pu&rsquo;er tea is made from the fresh leaves of high-quality, large-leaved tea plant species in Yunnan and, it may be classified as either spring tea, summer tea or autumn tea according to its specifications. The spring teas can also be divided into three levels, including teas made in &ldquo;the early spring&rdquo;, &ldquo;the middle spring&rdquo; and &ldquo;the late spring&rdquo;; the summer tea is also called &ldquo;Ershui&rdquo; and the autumn tea is also called &ldquo;Guhua&rdquo;. Amo<em><\/em>ngst Pu&rsquo;er tea, &ldquo;the tea made in the early spring&rdquo; and Guhua are of the best quality.<br \/>  \u5728\u53e4\u4ee3\uff0c\u666e\u6d31\u8336\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u836f\u7528\u7684\u3002\u5176\u54c1\u8d28\u7279\u70b9\u662f\uff1a\u9999\u6c14\u9ad8\u9510\u6301\u4e45\uff0c\u5e26\u6709\u4e91\u5357\u5927\u53f6\u8336\u79cd\u7279\u6027\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u9999\u578b\uff0c\u6ecb\u5473\u6d53\u5f3a\u5bcc\u4e8e\u523a\u6fc0\u6027\uff1b\u8010\u6ce1\uff0c\u7ecf\u4e94\u516d\u6b21\u51b2\u6ce1\u4ecd\u6301\u6709\u9999\u5473\uff0c\u6c64\u6a59\u9ec4\u6d53\u539a\uff0c\u82bd\u58ee\u53f6\u539a\uff0c\u53f6\u8272\u9ec4\u7eff\u95f4\u6709\u7ea2\u6591\u7ea2\u830e\u53f6\uff0c\u6761\u5f62\u7c97\u58ee\u7ed3\u5b9e\uff0c\u767d\u6beb\u5bc6\u5e03\u3002<br \/>  In the ancient times, Pu&rsquo;er tea was used as a medicine. Its characteristics include: intense, strong and long-lasting fragrance, a unique fragrance with the features of large-leaved tea produced in Yunnan, the mellow and strong flavor with pungent taste; it can also be boiled a number of times. After being boiled five or six times, the tea is still fragrant and the tea water is densely orange. The tea&rsquo;s sprouts are strong and the leaf is thick. The tea leaves are yellow and green with red spots and red stems. Each tea leaf is thick and strong. Soil coverage is deep and thick, and is rich in organic matter. There are arbors and tall tea trees with stout and strong tea sprouts and dense fluff and fuzz. The tea is tender and the sprouts and leaves are of outstanding quality. The tea&rsquo;s harvest period begins in March and can last until November. According to the production custom, tea can be divided into three varieties, including the spring tea, the summer tea and the autumn tea. The standard method of tea picking is taking two or three tea leaves. The manufacture process of Pu&rsquo;er tea is a semi-fermentation green tea manufacturing method. There are eight procedures, including: deactivation of enzymes, initial kneading, initial fermentation, re-kneading, re- fermentation, initial drying, re-kneading and oven drying.<br \/>  \u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u666e\u6d31\u8336\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u5f88\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u6269\u5927\u5230\u4e91\u5357\u7701\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8d35\u5dde\u7701\u3001\u5e7f\u897f\u7701\u3001\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u53ca\u56db\u5ddd\u7701\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u539f\u5c5e\u666e\u6d31\u53bf\u7ba1\u8f96\u7684\u4e91\u5357\u6f9c\u6ca7\u6c5f\u6d41\u57df\u7684\u897f\u53cc\u7248\u7eb3\u50a3\u65cf\u81ea\u6cbb\u5dde\u3001\u601d\u8305\u7b49\u5730\u662f\u666e\u6d31\u8336\u7684\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u4ea7\u533a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u53c8\u4ee5\u52d0\u6d77\u53bf\u52d0\u6d77\u8336\u5382\u7684\u4ea7\u91cf\u6700\u5927\u3002<br \/>  Areas for the cultivation of Pu&rsquo;er tea are extensive and have expanded to cover most of the regions in Hunnan Province as well as some regions in Guizhou Province, Guangxi Province, Guangdong Province and Sichuan Province. Xishuangbanna Dai Auto<em><\/em>nomous Prefecture and Simao in the Lancang River Basin of Yunnan which were previously under the jurisdiction of Pu&rsquo;er County are the leading producing areas of Pu&rsquo;er tea, of which the Menghai Tea Factory in Menghai County has the largest output.<br \/>  \u666e\u6d31\u8336\u6709\u6563\u8336\u4e0e\u578b\u8336\u4e24\u79cd\u3002\u8fd0\u9500\u6e2f\u3001\u6fb3\u5730\u533a\u53ca\u65e5\u672c\u3002\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u6cd5\u56fd\u7b49\u5341\u51e0\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002<br \/>  The Pu&rsquo;er tea commons in two forms: loose and in packages.
