If someone&nbsp; went all the way to the  entrance of such sacred places to call names, the purpose was to make it  known to the public and maybe to the deities, as well.<\/p>\n<p>Also, when people did this, they didn&#8217;t really call &quot;names.&quot; Instead,  they launched their verbal attacks by innuendo.
