Review of Work in 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>114,<\/strong> <strong>\u672c\u5c4a\u653f\u5e9c\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5c65\u804c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5e74<\/strong><br \/>  the first year for this government to perform its functions in accordance with the law,<strong><br \/>  115,<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u4efb\u52a1\u8270\u5de8\u800c\u7e41\u91cd<\/strong> it had arduous tasks<br \/>  <strong>116, <\/strong><strong>\u590d\u6742\u5f62\u52bf <\/strong>complex environment<br \/>  <strong>117,<\/strong> <strong>\u4e16\u754c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u590d\u82cf\u8270\u96be<\/strong> the world eco<em><\/em>nomic recovery was difficult<strong><br \/>  118,<\/strong> <strong>\u56fd\u5185\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e0b\u884c\u538b\u529b\u52a0\u5927\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u707e\u5bb3\u9891\u53d1\u3001\u591a\u91cd\u77db\u76fe\u4ea4\u7ec7<\/strong><br \/>  In  China, downward pressure on the eco<em><\/em>nomy increased, natural disasters  occurred frequently, and there was an array of interrelated problems.<strong><br \/>  119, <\/strong><strong>\u5168\u56fd\u5404\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u5728\u4ee5\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u540c\u5fd7\u4e3a\u603b\u4e66\u8bb0\u7684\u515a\u4e2d\u592e\u9886\u5bfc\u4e0b<\/strong><br \/>  under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with Comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary<strong><br \/>  120,<\/strong> <strong>\u5706\u6ee1\u5b9e\u73b0\u5168\u5e74\u7ecf\u6d4e\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u4e3b\u8981\u9884\u671f\u76ee\u6807<br \/>  <\/strong>fully attained the main targets for eco<em><\/em>nomic and social development for the year<br \/>  <strong>121, \u6539\u9769\u5f00\u653e<\/strong><strong>\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u5efa\u8bbe\u53d6\u5f97\u4ee4\u4eba\u77a9\u76ee\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u6210\u5c31<br \/>  <\/strong>made impressive achievements in reform and opening up and in the socialist modernization drive<br \/>  <strong>122, <\/strong><strong>\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8fd0\u884c\u7a33\u4e2d\u5411\u597d\u3002<\/strong>The eco<em><\/em>nomy was stable and improved.<br \/>  <strong>123, <\/strong><strong>\u5c45\u6c11\u6536\u5165\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca\u6301\u7eed\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>Perso<em><\/em>nal income co<em><\/em>ntinued to rise, and eco<em><\/em>nomic performance co<em><\/em>ntinued to improve.<br \/>  <strong>124, <\/strong><strong>\u7ed3\u6784\u8c03\u6574\u53d6\u5f97\u79ef\u6781\u6210\u6548\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>Progress was achieved in adjusting the eco<em><\/em>nomic structure.<br \/>  <strong>125, <\/strong><strong>\u793e\u4f1a\u4e8b\u4e1a\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>Social programs developed vigorously.<br \/>  <strong>126, <\/strong><strong>\u4e00\u662f\u7740\u529b\u6df1\u5316\u6539\u9769\u5f00\u653e\uff0c\u6fc0\u53d1\u5e02\u573a\u6d3b\u529b\u548c\u5185\u751f\u52a8\u529b\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>First, we deepened reform and opening up, invigorated the market, and stimulated internal impetus to growth.<strong><br \/>  127, <\/strong><strong>\u4e8c\u662f\u521b\u65b0\u5b8f\u89c2\u8c03\u63a7\u601d\u8def\u548c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8fd0\u884c\u5904\u4e8e\u5408\u7406\u533a\u95f4\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>Second,  we improved our thinking on and ways of co<em><\/em>nducting macro-co<em><\/em>ntrol and  ensured that the eco<em><\/em>nomy performed within a proper range.<strong><br \/>  128, <\/strong><strong>\u4e09\u662f\u6ce8\u91cd\u8c03\u6574\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u53d1\u5c55\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u6548\u76ca\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>Third, we focused on adjusting the eco<em><\/em>nomic structure and raising the quality and returns of development.<strong><br \/>  129,<\/strong> <strong>\u56db\u662f\u5207\u5b9e\u4fdd\u969c\u548c\u6539\u5584\u6c11\u751f\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5e73\u6b63\u4e49\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>Fourth, we ensured and improved people&#8217;s wellbeing and upheld social fairness and justice.<br \/>  <strong>130, <\/strong><strong>\u4e94\u662f\u6539\u8fdb\u793e\u4f1a\u6cbb\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u8c10\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002<br \/>  <\/strong>Fifth, we improved social governance and maintained social harmony and stability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"chine-tie-zi-nei-rong-zhi-hou\" id=\"chine-1679054789\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1889418300638825\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1889418300638825\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7273022922\" \ndata-ad-layout-key=\"-gw-3+1f-3d+2z\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
