Today, we'll introduce a popular song "Mr. Lonely".《寂寞先生》 "Mr. Lonely" was included in Taiwan-based Malaysian-Chinese singer-songwriter 曹格 Gary Chaw aka Cao Ge‘s 2009 album 《超级4th场》 Supermarket. This song became popular recently when Gary Chaw appeared on the September 27th episode of 《快乐男声》 Super Boy, Hunan Satellite TV’s well-known singing contest for male contestants, and sang the song with Hua Chenyu who eventually went on to win the final.

Tripod Lifting 举鼎
Pod is an instrument made of bronze and used to cook in ancient China. Usually it has three or four feet and two ears on each side for people to hold it. A pod is very heavy, which usually has a weight of a few hundred jin and sometimes more than one thousand jin. Because of its feet and ears convenient for people to lift it up and its weight, Tripod Lifting became one of the sports to practice muscle and show strength in ancient times.
