After more than three thousand years of inheritance, Qinghai Province has gradually developed a Tibetan carpet making industry with distinctive local characteristics. Due to historical and geographic reasons, there exist differences in weaving skills and pattern designs of carpets between the Anduo Tibetan Region and the Kangba Tibetan Region. In the Kangba Tibetan Region, the traditio<em><\/em>nal Tibetan carpet weaving skills are retained to a larger extent, while in the Anduo Tibetan Region, the Tibetan culture is ingeniously and harmo<em><\/em>niously merged with the Han culture in the design of patterns, leading to unique characteristics.<br \/>  \u52a0\u7259\u85cf\u6bef\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5b89\u591a\u85cf\u6bef\uff0c\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u4ea7\u5730\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u8ddd\u897f\u5b81\u5e0226\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u6e5f\u4e2d\u53bf\u52a0\u7259\u6751\u53ca\u4e0a\u65b0\u5e84\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u85cf\u65cf\u5c45\u4f4f\u533a\u7389\u6811\u3001\u6d77\u5357\u3001\u6d77\u5317\u3001\u679c\u6d1b\u85cf\u65cf\u81ea\u6cbb\u5dde\u53ca\u897f\u5b81\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u8d35\u5fb7\u3001\u5e73\u5b89\u3001\u4e50\u90fd\u3001\u6e5f\u6e90\u7b49\u53bf\u3002<br \/>  Jiaya Tibetan carpets are one kind of Anduo Tibetan carpets, and they are mainly produced in Jiaya Village and Shangxinzhuang of Huangzhong County, 26 kilometers away from the Xining City, and in Tibetan-inhibited areas like Yushu, Hainan, Haibei, and Golog Tibetan auto<em><\/em>nomous prefectures as well as in surrounding counties of Xining City like Guide County, Ping&#8217;an County, Ledu County, Huangyuan County, etc.<br \/>  \u85cf\u7cfb\u7ef5\u7f8a\u6bdb\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u7ec7\u6bef\u4f18\u8d28\u539f\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u9752\u85cf\u5730\u533a\u7684\u7266\u725b\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5728\u6570\u91cf\u4e0a\u5360\u5230\u4e16\u754c\u7266\u725b\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u7ed2\u6bdb\u539a\uff0c\u5149\u6d01\u5ea6\u597d\u3002\u52a0\u7259\u85cf\u6bef\u7684\u539f\u6750\u6599\u6765\u81ea\u5929\u7136\u653e\u517b\u7684\u85cf\u7cfb\u7ef5\u7f8a\u6bdb\u3001\u5c71\u7f8a\u7ed2\u3001\u7266\u725b\u7ed2\u548c\u9a7c\u7ed2\u7b49\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4f4e\u6e29\u67d3\u7eb1\u3001\u4f4e\u6e29\u6d17\u6bef\u7b49\u5de5\u827a\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u6210\u54c1\u5177\u6709\u8272\u6cfd\u8273\u4e3d\u3001\u5f39\u6027\u597d\u548c\u4e0d\u8131\u8272\u6389\u6bdb\u7684\u4f18\u826f\u54c1\u8d28\u3002\u52a0\u7259\u85cf\u6bef\u54c1\u79cd\u7e41\u591a\uff0c\u670914\u4e2a\u7cfb\u5217\u3001\u4e03\u5341\u591a\u4e2a\u54c1\u79cd\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u8fde\u73af\u7f16\u7ed3\u6cd5\uff0c\u6bef\u9762\u8f83\u539a\uff0c\u7ea6\u572815\u6beb\u7c73\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u7559\u7740\u4f20\u7edf\u85cf\u6bef\u8fb9\u7f18\u4e0d\u7f20\u7ebf\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u3002<br \/>  Tibetan sheep wool is recognized around the world as a high quality raw material. With respect to the yaks in the Qinghai-Tibet region, on one hand, they account for 2\/3 of the yaks of the whole world; on the other hand, their wool is thick, smooth, and clean. Jiaya Tibetan carpets are made from Tibetan sheep wool, cashmere, yakwool, and camels&#8217; hair, and the sheep, goats, yaks, and camels are naturally raised. Through such processes as &quot;low temperature yarn dyeing&quot; and &quot;low temperature carpet washing&quot;, the finished carpets have bright and beautiful colors, good flexibility, and strong resistance against color-fading and wool-fiber-shedding. There is a wide range of Jiaya Tibetan carpets, including fourteen series and seventy odd varieties in total. Through the method of chain weaving, each Tibetan carpet has a thickness above 15 millimeters or so and keeps the traditio<em><\/em>nal characteristic of having no any thread intertwining at the edge of the carpet.<br \/>  \u85cf\u6bef\u6280\u827a\u7684\u4f20\u627f\u533a\u57df\u5904\u4e8e\u85cf\u4f20\u4f5b\u6559\u7684\u53d1\u7965\u5730\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6c11\u95f4\u624b\u5de5\u827a\u4e0e\u4f5b\u6559\u6587\u5316\u7ed3\u4e0b\u4e86\u4e0d\u89e3\u4e4b\u7f18\u3002\u52a0\u7259\u85cf\u6bef\u4ece\u5929\u7136\u539f\u6750\u6599\u7684\u9009\u53d6\u5230\u7ec7\u9020\u5de5\u827a\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\u90fd\u5341\u5206\u8bb2\u7a76\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5b83\u5177\u6709\u5929\u7136\u73af\u4fdd\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\uff0c\u9002\u5e94\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u5065\u5eb7\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5907\u53d7\u559c\u7231\u3002\u5373\u6b64\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u52a0\u7259\u85cf\u6bef\u5177\u6709\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u827a\u672f\u4ef7\u503c\u3001\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u5316\u4ef7\u503c\u3001\u5b9e\u7528\u4ef7\u503c\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u4ef7\u503c\u3002<br \/>  The area wher the Tibetan carpet making skills are passed on from generation to generation is also the birthplace of the Tibetan Buddhism. In this sense, this folk handicraft has developed an unexplainable l<em><\/em>ink with the Buddhist culture. From the selection of natural raw materials to the implementation of weaving skills, craftsmen pay attention to nearly every detail in the process of making Jiaya Tibetan carpets. This ensures that the carpets are enviro<em><\/em>nment friendly and can meet people&#8217;s needs for leading a healthy life and justifies their popularity.
