Chinese people like to have dumplings especially in Chinese  traditio<em><\/em>nal festivals like Spring Festival.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/chinesemoment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191122_5dd7c59631dc3.jpg\" alt=\"Learn to Cook Chinese Dumplings\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 bowls of flour<br \/>  3\/4 glass of cold water<br \/>  2\/5 tsp. of salt<br \/>  3 tsp. of baking powder<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 grams of minced mutton, beef, chicken or pork<br \/>  A large spoon of salt<br \/>  250 grams of chopped celery or Chinese cabbages<br \/>  2 tsp. of minced green onion<br \/>  2 tsp. of soya-bean oil<br \/>  1\/2 tsp. of mo<em><\/em>nosodium glutamate<br \/>  One piece of minced fresh ginger<br \/>  2 pieces of crushed garlic coriander<br \/>  2 tsp. of coriander<br \/>  1 tsp. of pepper<br \/>  1 tsp. of sesame oil<br \/>  1 tsp. of cooking wine<br \/>  One egg<br \/>  A tablespoon of soy sauce<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Make fillings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Chop button, beef, chicken or pork, and mix it with minced Chinese cabbages or celery.<\/p>\n<p>2.  Add salt, mo<em><\/em>nosodium glutamate, minced fresh ginger, soy sauce, cooking  wine, sesame oil, crushed garlic coriander, minced green onion, pepper  and egg.<\/p>\n<p>3. Mix the ingredients well by stirring them in a co<em><\/em>ntainer in the same direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Put flour in a container, and pour water in just right amount.<\/p>\n<p>2. Stir and knead the dough over and over again until it becomes sticky, and becomes a whole.<\/p>\n<p>3. Lay it aside for a<em><\/em>bout 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4. Knead the whole dough in a long slender one, and cut the whole dough into several small pieces, and then knead them again.<\/p>\n<p>5. Press and roll the small pieces into round thin o<em><\/em>nes with rolling pin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make dumplings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Hold one piece of dough in your left hand, and then add some fillings in the middle of dough.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fold the edges of the dough into a half moon shape in the same direction, and press them down solid and tight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Boil a large pot of water.<\/p>\n<p>2.  Put some dumplings into the boiling water, and stir them slightly in  the same direction in case that they stick with each other.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cover the pot and boil dumplings for several minutes.
