People of Mao<\/em>nan natio<\/em>nality are fond of drinking and they make wine by themselves. There are so many raw materials for brewing, including glutinous rice, sticky rice, corn, millet, sorghum, pachyrhizus and cushaw, which all can make good wine. The degree of the brewed wine is not high and generally 20 to 35 degrees. The Temple Festival is usually in May of Chinese traditio<\/em>nal calendar. At that time, every village shall kill a beef cattle for sacrifice and feed the farm cattle glutinous rice balls and steamed pork with rice flour. \u6bdb\u5357\u65cf\u8fc7\u53bb\u76db\u884c\u65e9\u5a5a\uff0c\u513f\u5b50\u51e0\u5c81\u5c31\u7531\u7236\u6bcd\u4ee3\u4e3a\u5b9a\u5a5a\u3002\u5a5a\u793c\u6709“\u9001\u5178”\u3001“\u7a7f\u8033”\u3001“\u8e29\u95e8”\u3001“\u8ba4\u4eb2”\u7b49\u7b49\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u5176\u95f4\u4e5f\u5c11\u4e0d\u5f97\u9152\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u8ba4\u4eb2\uff0c\u5973\u65b9\u7531\u59d1\u5ac2\u6216\u5973\u4f34\u966a\u540c\u5230\u7537\u5bb6\uff0c\u7537\u5bb6\u8981\u529e\u4e24\u4e09\u684c\u5e2d\u8bf7\u8205\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u53d4\u4f2f\u7b49\u8fd1\u4eb2\u6765\uff0c\u4e0e\u59d1\u5a18\u89c1\u9762\u3002\u5728\u7ed3\u5a5a\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5bbe\u5ba2\u5230\u8fbe\uff0c\u5e26\u961f\u7684\u4eba\u8981\u5148\u5230\u4e3b\u4eba\u5bb6\u5c4b\u6a90\u4e0b\u7684\u4e00\u5f20\u5b89\u653e\u6709\u8fce\u4eb2\u795e\u9f9b\u7684\u684c\u5b50\u65c1\uff0c\u8d42\u795e\u656c\u9152\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u624d\u80fd\u8fdb\u5c4b\u3002\u7ed3\u5a5a\u65f6\u4e0d\u62dc\u5802\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u62dc\u7956\u5148\u548c\u957f\u8f88\u3002
In the old days, it was popular to get married early in Mao<\/em>nan nationality. The son was engaged by his parents when he was very young. There were such procedures in the marriage ceremony as “Song Dian”, “Chuan Er”, “Cai Men” and “Ren Qin”, in which the wine was indispensable. For example, in the Ren Qin ceremony, the female side shall go to the male family accompanied by her aunt, sister-in-law or chaperone, and the male family shall prepare two or three feasts to invite the aunts or uncles to meet the girl. At the wedding, when the guests reached, the leader shall go to the table set with a greeting bride shrine on it under the eave of the host’s family to worship the gods and have a toast, and then go into the room. At the wedding ceremony, the couple shall not perform formal bows but worship the ancestor and the eldership.
