The Mandarin Chinese phrase for &ldquo;beautiful&rdquo; or &ldquo;pretty&rdquo; is \u25bapi&agrave;oliang, and can be used to describe people, places, or objects.<\/p>\n<p>  \tPi&agrave;oliang consists of two characters: \u6f02\u4eae.
