The Yugur people speak two languages. Besides the rhythms of lyrics, many ancient wordings also share certain commonness. Yugur Natio<em><\/em>nality Folk So<em><\/em>ngs comprise such categories as &quot;narrative song&quot;, &quot;love song&quot;, &quot;labour song&quot;, etc. by different themes. Also, by different types and functions, they can be classified into &quot;ditty&quot;, &quot;work song&quot;, &quot;minor&quot;, &quot;banquet song&quot;, &quot;wine song&quot;, &quot;felting song&quot;, &quot;dam song&quot;, etc. It&#8217;s an im<em><\/em>portant basis both for researching folk so<em><\/em>ngs of the northern minorities, especially the folk so<em><\/em>ngs of Turkic people and Mo<em><\/em>ngol people, as well as the culture and history of northern nomadic people, and for discovering and developing the folk so<em><\/em>ngs of northern minorities.<br \/>  \u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8083\u5357\u53bf\u5df2\u6574\u7406\u51fa\u7248\u4e86\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u6c11\u6b4c\u8083\u5357\u88d5\u56fa\u65cf\u81ea\u6cbb\u53bf\u5377\u300b\uff08124\u9996\uff09\u3001\u300a\u795d\u798f\u8349\u539f\u300b\u3001\u300a\u88d5\u56fa\u5bb6\u56ed\u300b\u3001\u300a\u98d8\u9999\u7684\u8349\u539f\u300b\u7b49\u4e66\u7c4d\u548c\u5149\u76d8\u3001\u78c1\u5e26\u3002\u6574\u7406\u641c\u96c6\u4e86\u88d5\u56fa\u65cf\u6c11\u6b4c\u8d44\u6599\u4e09\u767e\u4e00\u5341\u591a\u9996\u3002<br \/>  Currently, Sunan Yugur Auto<em><\/em>nomous County has sorted out and published books, CDs, and cassettes like the Sunan Yugur Auto<em><\/em>nomous County Volume of Ethnic Minority Folk So<em><\/em>ngs (China) (124 songs), A Blessing from the Prairie (or Zhu Fu Cao Yuan), Yugur Homeland (or Yugur Jia Yuan), Fragrant Prairie (or Piao Xiang De Cao Yuan). There are over 310 pieces of Yugur folk so<em><\/em>ngs sorted out and collected from Yugar folk song related records.<br \/>  \u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6c11\u6b4c\u627f\u8f7d\u4f53\u7684\u88d5\u56fa\u65cf\u6b4c\u624b\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5c11\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u6c11\u6b4c\u5df2\u968f\u6b4c\u624b\u7684\u53bb\u4e16\u800c\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u6025\u9700\u62a2\u6551\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<br \/>  Recent years saw a diminishing number of Yugur folk singers. Most folk so<em><\/em>ngs have become extinct as folk signers died.
