Just like the herdsmen in Xinjiang and Tibet, Mo<em><\/em>ngolians like to drink salty milk tea that is cooked with milk and salt.<br \/>  \u8499\u53e4\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u559d\u7684\u54b8\u5976\u8336\uff0c\u7528\u7684\u591a\u4e3a\u9752\u7816\u8336\u548c\u9ed1\u7816\u8336\uff0c\u5e76\u7528\u94c1\u9505\u70f9\u716e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u4e0e\u85cf\u65cf\u6253\u9165\u6cb9\u8336\u548c\u7ef4\u65cf\u716e\u5976\u8336\u65f6\u7528\u8336\u58f6\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u70f9\u716e\u65f6\uff0c\u90fd\u8981\u52a0\u5165\u725b\u5976\uff0c\u4e60\u60ef\u4e8e&ldquo;\u716e\u8336&rdquo;\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u53c8\u662f\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u9ad8\u539f\u6c14\u538b\u4f4e\uff0c\u6c34\u7684\u6cb8\u70b9\u5728100\u2103\u4ee5\u5185\uff1b\u52a0\u5de5\u7816\u8336\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u6563\u8336\uff0c\u8d28\u5730\u7d27\u5b9e\uff0c\u7528\u5f00\u6c34\u51b2\u6ce1\uff0c\u662f\u5f88\u96be\u5c06\u8336\u6c41\u6d78\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u7f18\u6545\u3002<br \/>  The Mo<em><\/em>ngolians often use oolong tea and dark brick tea to make salty milk tea. They usually make tea with an iron pot, which is different from the way Tibetans use teapot to make buttered tea and Uygurs use teapot to make milk-tea. But they have one thing in common which is they add milk when they are &ldquo;cooking the tea&rdquo;. The reason why they &ldquo;cooking the tea&rdquo; is because the atmospheric pressure on the highland is low and the boiling point of water is less than 100\u2103, also the process of producing brick tea is different from that of loose tea. Since brick tea is compact and dense, it is very hard to soak the brick tea totally by boiled water.<br \/>  \u716e\u54b8\u5976\u8336\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u5148\u628a\u7816\u8336\u6253\u788e\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u6d17\u51c0\u7684\u94c1\u9505\u7f6e\u4e8e\u706b\u4e0a\uff0c\u76db\u6c342-3\u516c\u65a4\u3002\u81f3\u6c34\u6cb8\u817e\u65f6\uff0c\u653e\u4e0a\u6363\u788e\u7684\u7816\u8336\u7ea625\u514b\u3002\u518d\u6cb8\u817e3-5\u5206\u949f\u540e\uff0c\u63ba\u5165\u725b\u5976\uff0c\u7528\u91cf\u4e3a\u6c34\u7684\u4e94\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u5de6\u53f3\uff1b\u5c11\u9877\uff0c\u6309\u9700\u52a0\u9002\u91cf\u76d0\u5df4\u3002\u7b49\u6574\u9505\u91cc\u8336\u6c34\u5f00\u59cb\u6cb8\u817e\u65f6\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u628a\u54b8\u5976\u8336\u716e\u597d\u4e86\u3002<br \/>  When cooking salty milk tea, brick tea should be smashed into small pieces first. Place the clean iron pot on the stove and fill the pot with 2-3 kilograms of water. When the water in the pot boils, add a<em><\/em>bout 25 grams of small pieces of brick tea. After the water has been boiled for 3-5 minutes, mix some milk into water, the amount of which should be a<em><\/em>bout one-fifth of that of the water. After a short while, add a moderate amount of salt, and the salty milk tea will be ready when the tea water in the iron pot begins to boil.<br \/>  \u716e\u54b8\u5976\u8336\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u6bd4\u8f83\u7b80\u5355\uff0c\u5176\u5b9e\u6ecb\u5473\u7684\u597d\u574f\uff0c\u8425\u517b\u6210\u5206\u7684\u591a\u5c11\uff0c\u4e0e\u716e\u8336\u65f6\u7528\u7684\u9505\u3001\u653e\u7684\u8336\u3001\u52a0\u7684\u6c34\u3001\u63ba\u7684\u5976\u3001\u70e7\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5148\u540e\u6b21\u5e8f\u90fd\u6709\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u5982\u8336\u53f6\u653e\u8fdf\u4e86\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5c06\u52a0\u5165\u8336\u4e0e\u5976\u7684\u6b21\u5e8f\u98a0\u5012\u4e86\uff0c\u8336\u5473\u5c31\u4f1a\u51fa\u4e0d\u6765\u3002\u800c\u70e7\u716e\u65f6\u95f4\u8fc7\u957f\uff0c\u53c8\u4f1a\u4f7f\u54b8\u5976\u8336\u7684\u9999\u5473\u9038\u8346\u8499\u53e4\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5668\u3001\u8336\u3001\u5976\u3001\u76d0\u3001\u6e29\u4e94\u8005\u76f8\u4e92\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u716e\u51fa\u54b8\u751c\u76f8\u5b9c\u3001\u7f8e\u5473\u53ef\u53e3\u7684\u54b8\u5976\u8336\u3002<br \/>  It seems very easy to cook salty milk tea. But in fact, whether the tea tastes good or bad and how many nutritio<em><\/em>nal ingredients the tea co<em><\/em>ntains are mostly depending on the pot used to cook the tea, the amounts of tea, water and milk that is used, the cooking time, and the order of adding them. If the adding of the tea is delayed, or the order of adding the tea and the milk is reversed, then the taste of the tea is not going to be so good. Further more, if the cooking time is too long, then the tea will lose its flavor. So the Mo<em><\/em>ngolians think that one can make a good tea o<em><\/em>nly when the iron pot, the tea, the milk, the salt and the temperature are correct and in a good balance..<br \/>  \u4ee5\u6e38\u7267\u4e3a\u4e3b\u7684\u8499\u53e4\u65cf\u4eba\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5230\u665a\u4e0a\u653e\u7267\u5f52\u6765\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5403\u4e00\u9910\u665a\u996d\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5e73\u65e5\u7684\u996e\u98df\u4e60\u60ef\uff0c\u5219\u4e60\u60ef\u4e8e&ldquo;\u4e09\u8336\u4e00\u996d&rdquo;\u3002\u65e9\u4e0a\u3001\u4e2d\u5348\u53ea\u5403\u8336\uff08\u996e\u7528\u7528\u788e\u7816\u8336\u5982\u725b\u5976\u70e7\u716e\u7684&ldquo;\u5976\u8336&rdquo;\uff09\u3001\u4e73\u548c\u4e73\u5236\u54c1\uff0c\u79f0\u4e3a&ldquo;\u65e9\u8336&rdquo;\u548c&ldquo;\u5348\u8336&rdquo;\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u5403\u4e9b\u7092\u7c73\u3001\u5976\u997c\u3001\u624b\u6252\u8089\u4e00\u7c7b\u7684\u70b9\u5fc3\u3002\u665a\u9910\u4ee5\u725b\u7f8a\u8089\u4e3a\u4e3b\u98df\uff0c\u4e3a\u5e2e\u52a9\u6d88\u5316\uff0c\u81f3\u4e34\u7761\u524d\u9700\u518d\u559d\u4e00\u6b21\u5976\u8336\u3002\u81f3\u4e8e\u4e2d\u3001\u8001\u5e74\u7537\u5b50\uff0c\u559d\u8336\u7684\u6b21\u6570\u5c31\u66f4\u591a\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u8499\u53e4\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e73\u5747\u8336\u5e74\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u9ad8\u8fbe8\u516c\u65a4\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u591a\u572815\u516c\u65a4\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<br \/>  The nomad Mo<em><\/em>ngolians usually have one meal in the evening after they come back from herding. They are used to their everyday diet of &ldquo;three teas and one meal&rdquo;. For breakfast and lunch, they o<em><\/em>nly drink tea (&ldquo;milk tea&rdquo; made with brick tea and milk), milk and milk products which are commo<em><\/em>nly referred as &ldquo;breakfast tea&rdquo; and &ldquo;lunch tea.&rdquo; They eat some fried rice, milk coo<em><\/em>kies and grilled meat as well. For supper, they have beef and lamb as their main food, and also drink some milk tea for better digestion before going to bed. Middle-aged and old men drink tea more often. An average Mo<em><\/em>ngolian co<em><\/em>nsumes up to a<em><\/em>bout 8 kilograms of tea every year, and some of them co<em><\/em>nsume more than 15 kilograms of tea every year.<br \/>  \u5982\u6709\u5ba2\u4eba\u81f3\u8499\u53e4\u65cf\u4eba\u5bb6\u4f5c\u5ba2\uff0c\u603b\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u656c\u5976\u8336\u7684\u6b3e\u5f85\u3002\u4e3b\u4eba\u5728\u5ba2\u4eba\u9762\u524d\u653e\u7f6e\u5c0f\u51e0\u4e00\u5f20\uff0c\u51e0\u4e0a\u7897\u4e2d\u5206\u522b\u653e\u6709\u76d0\u3001\u7cd6\u3001\u7092\u7c73\u548c\u5976\u8c46\u8150\u3002\u5973\u4e3b\u4eba\u5c06\u4e00\u7897\u8336\u732e\u4e0a\u540e\uff0c\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u5404\u4eba\u7231\u597d\uff0c\u5728\u8336\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u76d0\u6216\u7cd6\uff0c\u7092\u7c73\u8981\u653e\u4e8e\u5976\u8336\u4e2d\u4e00\u8d77\u996e\u7528\uff0c\u5976\u8c46\u8150\u5219\u53ef\u8638\u767d\u7cd6\u5403\uff08\u6b64\u4e3a\u8010\u9965\u98df\u54c1\uff09\u3002\u5976\u8336\u4e0d\u53ef\u4e00\u6b21\u559d\u5c3d\uff0c\u800c\u8981\u6709\u5269\u4f59\uff0c\u53ef\u8ba9\u4e3b\u4eba\u4e0d\u65ad\u6dfb\u52a0\uff0c\u4ee5\u793a\u793c\u8282\u3002\u559d\u5b8c\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u7897\u5976\u8336\u540e\uff0c\u5ba2\u4eba\u53ef\u65bd\u793c\u9053\u8c22\uff0c\u4e3b\u4eba\u5219\u8981\u51fa\u5e10\u9001\u884c\uff0c&ldquo;\u5976\u8336\u656c\u5ba2&rdquo;\u4e4b\u793c\u4e5f\u81f3\u6b64\u5b8c\u6bd5\u3002<br \/>  In Mo<em><\/em>ngolian families, guests are usually treated with milk tea. The host usually places a small table in front of the guest, on which bowls of salt, sugar, fried rice and milk curd would be served. The hostess would present a bowl of tea, and the guest can then add salt or sugar. Fried rice should be put in the milk tea, while milk curd can be eaten together with the sugar (this is a hunger-resistant food). The guest should not drink the milk tea all at once, but should always leave some milk tea in the cup so that the host can add more all the time and this way show respect for the guest. After finishing the final cup of milk tea, the guest should thank the host, and the host should go out of the tent to see the guest off. The ceremony of &ldquo;respecting the guest with milk tea&rdquo; is thus over.<br \/>  \u8499\u53e4\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u5982\u6b64\u91cd\u996e\uff08\u8336\uff09\u8f7b\u5403\uff08\u98df\uff09\uff0c\u5374\u53c8\u8eab\u5f3a\u529b\u58ee\uff0c\u8fd9\u56fa\u7136\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u7267\u533a\u6c14\u5019\u3001\u52b3\u52a8\u6761\u4ef6\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd8\u7531\u4e8e\u54b8\u5976\u8336\u7684\u8425\u517b\u4e30\u5bcc\uff0c\u6210\u5206\u5b8c\u5168\uff1b\u52a0\u4e4b\u8499\u53e4\u65cf\u559d\u8336\u65f6\u5e38\u5403\u4e9b\u7092\u7c73\u3001\u6cb9\u70b8\u679c\u4e4b\u7c7b\u5145\u9965\u7684\u7f18\u6545\u3002<br \/>  The Mo<em><\/em>ngolians value drinking (tea) much more than eating (food), and yet are still so strong. This, of course, has a lot to do with the climate of the local pastoral area, and the working conditions. But it is also because the salty milk tea co<em><\/em>ntains a lot of nutrition, because it has lot of ingredients.
