Employees across 20 countries will take part in Yuanqing&#8217;s wealth with 85 percent of payout recipients working in China.<br \/>  \u5f6d\u535a\u65b0\u95fb\u793e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u8fde\u7eed\u4e24\u5e74\uff0c\u8054\u60f3CEO\u6768\u5143\u5e86\u8ba1\u5212\u62ff\u51fa\u81f3\u5c11300\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u7ea6\u54081800\u4e07\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7ea61\u4e07\u540d\u516c\u53f8\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u798f\u5229\u5956\u91d1\u3002\u904d\u5e03\u5168\u740320\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u5458\u5de5\u548c\u53e6\u591685%\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u90fd\u5c06\u5f97\u5230\u8fd9\u4e00\u5956\u52b1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  The average payout per worker of $325 is nearly equivalent to a month&rsquo;s pay for an employee in China.<br \/>  \u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5458\u5de5\u6536\u5230325\u7f8e\u5143\uff08\u7ea6\u5408\u4eba\u6c11\u5e012000\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u540c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u6708\u85aa\u76f8\u5f53\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  A company spokesperson told Bloomberg that a majority of the workers who will receive part of the bo<em><\/em>nus will be hourly employees who are not eligible for other bo<em><\/em>nus programs.<br \/>  \u516c\u53f8\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u544a\u8bc9\u5f6d\u535a\u65b0\u95fb\uff0c\u6536\u5230\u798f\u5229\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u90fd\u662f\u57fa\u5c42\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u53c2\u4e0e\u516c\u53f8\u5176\u4ed6\u5956\u91d1\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>  Yuanqing&#8217;s generosity may be partly inspired by his company&#8217;s record sales this year. For S&amp;P 500 companies, the average ratio of CEO-to-worker pay was 204 in 2012, Bloomberg reports.
