He was of Han nationality, with his ancestry origin in Chengji County, Lo<em><\/em>ngxi Prefecture (what is now western Gansu province). He has over one thousand pieces of work that are still extant, such as Shudaonan, Xinglunan, Mengyou tianmu yinliubie and Qiangjinjiu, as well as the well-known Li Taibai Collected Works. In 762, he died of illness at the age of 61.<br \/>  \u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5c31\uff1a<br \/>  \u521b\u9020\u4e86\u53e4\u4ee3\u79ef\u6781\u6d6a\u6f2b\u4e3b\u4e49\u6587\u5b66\u9ad8\u5cf0\u3002\u4e3a\u5510\u8bd7\u7684\u7e41\u8363\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u6253\u5f00\u4e86\u65b0\u5c40\u9762\u3002\u6279\u5224\u7ee7\u627f\u524d\u4eba\u4f20\u7edf\u5e76\u5f62\u6210\u72ec\u7279\u98ce\u683c\u3002\u6b4c\u884c\u4f53\u548c\u4e03\u7edd\u8fbe\u5230\u540e\u4eba\u96be\u53ca\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u3002\u5f00\u521b\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u53e4\u5178\u8bd7\u6b4c\u7684\u9ec4\u91d1\u65f6\u4ee3\u3002<br \/>  Major achievements\uff1a<br \/>  He led the ancient Chinese romanticism literature to its peak, and started a new chapter for the prosperity and development of the Tang style of poetry. While inheriting the traditions of the predecessors, he formed his own unique style. His poems in the form of Gexingti and seven-word poems hit a historical high that was not surpassed by the later generations.
