Hua Tuo (around 145 – 208), courtesy named Yuanhua, some others also refer Fu to be his given name, Han nationality, was a Chinese physician during the late Eastern Han Dynasty. He was referred to as one of the Three Jian’an Divine Doctors, along with Dong Feng and Zhang Zhongjing (Zhang Ji). He was commonly regarded as native of Qiao, the Pei State (now Qiao district, Bozhou city, Anhui province). In 1995, Chairman Jiang Zemin transcribed "Hometown of Hua Tuo, Town of Herbs" for Bozhou.
主要成就:外科鼻祖;发明麻沸散、五禽戏。
Major achievements: forerunner of surgery, inventor of Mafeisan (Cannabis Boil Powder) and Wuqinxi (Exercise of the Five Animals)
